You may never want to leave but in case you do there is a poolside Tikki Hut Bar/Restaurant and excellent dining and family entertainment is a short walk away. Enjoy the fun park, golf, deep-sea fishing, diving, and snorkeling or just spend a relaxing day at nearby St. Andrews State Park or Shell Island where you can swim w/the dolphins. Beach was awesome but the shopping was not walking distance but that was okay as well. I would tell everyone to watch the parking space metal bars I was not trying to park in one but rather to make turn to get out and hit my lower bumper and damaged my radiator at cost of 1740.00 so beware of the private parking space jacks

4 day stay

The room was spacious and accommodating, however the bathrooms smelled horrendous the whole time. Not sure if there’s a plumbing issue. It took me forever to find the bath towels- cleaning people left them in the dryer. The balcony sliding door would not lock and we had to block the door to keep my 2 year old from opening it the whole time. Other than that everything was fine.

Amazing Sunsets

My family with 2 teen boys enjoyed our stay at the beginning of January. The condo was clean and had everything we needed except beach towels. It had both types of coffee pots and a fully stocked kitchen. The mattresses were a bit on the firm side.The balcony was very large and had the best sunset views. We also saw the dolphins out in front. The heated pool and 2 hot tubs were great to have (1 pool is not heated). The game room needs attention, nothing was working. The workout room had nice equipment.We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing, comfy, and feels like home

Comfy, beautiful and homey! Pictures do not do this place justice. 10/10 recommend. Cleanliness 10, comfort 10, plenty of dishware and cooking utensils. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be booking again next year!

Great July 4th week stay!

First of all, the elevators were fast! I know many complain about slow elevators, and I have experienced them in other condos, but this condo had the fastest elevators hands down! My family stayed in 506, and the condo is fully loaded—there are more bath towels and kitchen tools than any other place I have stayed over the years. The balcony is huge; it is gated, so there are no worries about riffraff and a guard on duty at all times! Yet, they weren't annoying if you know what I mean. The beds were comfortable, and so was the furniture for the most part, with plenty of room for 4 adults and a 6-year-old as there are bunks. The view was amazing! The cleaning ladies were still there at check-in, but that's fine; they let us put our luggage in the rooms, and we went and grabbed a bite to eat. I understand this time of year is crazy! Some areas could have used some more detailed cleaning, like the guest bathroom, the couch, etc, but all in all, ok. I think the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced even though we didn't use it. I would like to have had a Keruig instead of an old drip pot, and the microwave above the stove didn't work, but they had a small one on the counter that did. I would replace the one above the stove for more counter space. At times there was an oder in the master toilet area (hubs said it needs a methane trap repair). Overall, I would stay again!

home away from home

Spacious condo with an excellent view of the gulf. Beautiful decor, fully stocked - beach chairs, boogie boards, laundry soap, etc. beds were comfortable. Enjoyed listening to the waves on the balcony while our teenagers walked the white sand and swam in heated pool. It really felt like home. We will stay again!!!!

Everything that i had seen online about the rental was on point. Property was very clean and cozy. Had an amazing view to the ocean. Beds were very comfortable and the washer in unit was very helpful.

Amazing Condo and view

We have been going to PCB for over 20 years and this condo ranks at the top of one’s we have rented. It was very clean, well stocked and the view was amazing. We definitely bookmarked it for future trips.

Overall the condo was decent. It could use a deep clean though our feet were getting so dirty without shoes. There are several restaurants we could walk to and activities to walk to with the kids. The NOT so good part was outside. The security was seriously a joke this year. We’ve been to gulf crest before and have never had a bad time. This is why we kept coming back but this time security was a little old lady probably in her 60s-70s. One evening at the pool around 8 came a group of maybe college aged kids sat right next to me and my infant and kids and immediately began drinking, horseplay, spitting beer at each other etc. security was nowhere to be seen so I left and stopped by the office the next morning. I could not leave my balcony door open at all for some fresh air and listening to the ocean as usual the deck was basically unusable due to the extremely strong smell of weed constantly outside. The smell was also around the pool area. If by some chance the smell of weed was not present a cigarette would soon light up and make it smell of that. There were signs with no smoking up but security didn’t do anything about it either. Or the cans of beers/various alcoholic drinks poolside or right beside the hot tub constantly. I know some people are just dumb and refuse to listen or follow rules but granny security was just not cutting it. And weren’t around enough to make a difference in their behavior honestly. I felt confined to my room because of the smell of weed throughout. Overall I was left feeling like I was robbed of a vacation. We even left early because I couldn’t stay a night longer.

Nice condo, clean, easy access

Nice and clean condo. Great location. PM was responsive. You can check in online but you still have to print off the parking pass which requires going in to lobby to use their printer. There was a smell that would occasionally come from the master bathroom, usually very early in the morning, but that was the only issue. Great view of the ocean and nice facilities.

Good location—terrible beach staff!!

The property itself was nice. However, there was not a working dishwasher or blender and no kitchen towels. I don’t hand wash dishes at home let alone on vacation! The refrigerator looked new, but 2 shelves were broken on door. No hairdryers either-in defense of the property manager, there was a blurb on the cover letter stating to bring one but I missed it as VRBO listed it as being included. The beach chair staff was horrible!!! Our first day there (Sunday), they said we were too late to the beach for chairs—it was 10:00 am! The storm was expected for Monday so they told us we had to be back Tuesday at 8:00 am to determine if chairs would be available. What??? They were supposedly included! I asked if we could just sign up for Tuesday in advance—“NOPE, you can’t do that”. My husband asked later with a $20 bill and low and behold we were “assigned” a back row seat. What a crock!!!! On a positive note, the pools and Tiki bar were great!

Perfect place to relax on the beach and walk to dinning.

Great week with my kids. We spent a lot of time inbred beach and playing games. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

Gulf Crest #506 was a wonderful condo

My wife & I went to Panama City Beach for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. #506 was probably one of the nicest 2 bedroom condos that we've rented, with a beautiful view of the Gulf! Nicely decorated, clean & modern!

Very safe feeling. Comfortable furniture and beds. Sitting on the porch was wonderful and you could see everything. 5th floor is perfect, could sit in the living room and watch ships on the horizon.
