GULF CREST BEACH FRONT CONDO! BEAUTIFUL 2 BR CONDO ON 22ND FLOOR/LARGE BALCONY!

This is a beautiful condo with spectacular views from the 22nd floor. Come see the dolphins and other sea life from the large 40ft x 9ft balcony. The condo is very spacious with a 27ft x 16ft great room and feels even bigger as it opens into the kitchen.

Gulf Crest Condos has a resort like feel with great onsite amenities featuring 2 beautiful pools (one heated), 2 hot tubs, and a kiddie pool. There is a Tiki Hut with a bar where you can enjoy food and drinks by the pool. Other onsite amenities include a fitness room and game room and grills for barbecuing. You will find that Gulf Crest will have everything you need for a great vacation.

Just a few steps from the pool deck are the beach and ocean where you can enjoy the afternoon in your two free beach chairs and umbrella (in season March through October). As you lay there relaxing, the sound of the ocean will call you out for a walk on the beach or a swim in the ocean.

After a long relaxing day of playing at the beach you can go to one of Panama City Beach’s great restaurants and enjoy a meal with your family or friends. From there you can return to the condo for a few relaxing drinks and watch the sun go down on the balcony. If you feel adventurous there are several bars and nightclubs within walking distance.

The condo has a 65” Samsung TV in the living room and 50” Samsung TV’s in each bedroom. Wireless internet service is free throughout Gulf Crest.

Great 2 weeks in PCB - condo was very nice - loved the balcony and the beach - owners were easy to work with - nice perk to have beach chaises & umbrellas included for our 2 week stay - condo building staff all extremely nice and helpful

Wonderful Location

My family and I loved the location of the condo! We had a great time at the pools, and loved the drinks at the pool bar. The only thing we were disappointed in was the cleanliness of the condo. I think the cleaning crew has room for improvement. We found food wrappers, and empty bottles under the guest bed. The vents in the kitchen were covered in dust, and the floors would make your feet black if you walked around barefoot. There were also several utensils that had not been cleaned prior to being put in the dishwasher, so when they were put away they were still nasty. None of these issues prevented us from having an amazing time, and we would still stay here again!

We loved the Gulf Crest and unit 2205!

Unit was everything we hoped for. The ocean frontage with all of the windows is unbelievable. Loved the pools which one was heated and the beach access was very convenient. Had a small issue with code to get in and the owner responded immediately and fixed problem. Unit and property we perfect for us!!!

Wonderful Condo!

This condo was perfect! Great location and very very nice inside. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Perfect view and location. Neighborhood was very easy to get around. Parking garage was super convenient. The only downfall is the bar across of road is loud until the early hours of the morning. It wasn’t enough to keep us up but could make it difficult if you had a light sleeper in your family.

6th time we’ve stayed at this property, but a first for this unit. Condo was well stocked with pots and pans, glasses and cups and silverware. The owner was very prompt to respond and very accommodating. The only minor complaint is that there were no kitchen dishcloths or dish towels. Also there were no cooking spices or seasonings which was a not a major deal as we purchased them when we bought linens for the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Super convenient to the busy part of the beach or St Andrews State Park. We love this place.

Highly recommend for families!

I can’t say enough great things about this unit and the owners. If I could give 10 stars I would. The unit comfortably accommodated our family with kids ages 8, 9, 13 and 18. Communication with the owners was excellent, but we did not have any problems at all. The owners even drove an hour out of their way to make the unit more comfortable for our asthmatic daughter. The unit is beautifully decorated, very clean and everything works. Kitchen is stocked for everything you need to cook in the unit and then some. Views are spectacular and the amenities at the Gulf Crest don’t leave anything to desire. This was our 3rd stay there and we will continue our tradition for years to come. I highly recommend for families!

Beautiful view, nice layout but that's about it. Bring more towels only 4 and cookware is lacking.

The property itself is nice. Our unit was nice looking. Master bedroom needs new mattress. They only give you 4 towels per bathroom so you are constantly washing. Couch was broken but parts were there to fix it so that's understandable. Cookware was awful. Once we got past those things we really enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful. I would just suggest a different unit. Hopefully owners will take these suggestions and make necessary changes.

Wonderful vacation

Peevious to staying at this, I read the previous reviews. I found once we arrived the reviews did not reflect this property. The condo was wonderful. Very clean, pretty decorations, kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed plus so much more. Not only did they provide 2 chairs and umbrella set up on beach but there were additional chairs and umbrellas in unit for usage. Very spacious and comfortable not to mention breathtaking views. We saw many of dolphins, sharks, and sting rays from the balcony. If i had to come up with one complaint it would be the attitude of the staff on the beach that set up the beach chairs. The person in charge was not friendly and had attitude every day we were on the beach. I am sure they are hired by gulf crest. We will definitely stay here again. We visit every summer and have never stayed in same condo but maybe will change next year since this one was so great.

Hopefully they find a new Cleaning Service

We have been staying at GulfCrest for many years now and have always been well pleased. This was our first unpleasant trip. The owners communicated well, even letting us know when the room was ready which allowed us to check in about 2 hours early. The unit was not clean, We ended up going to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves. I will say the owner was very apologetic and even refunded our cleaning fee before we checked out. This unit could definitely use some updating. If you stay here you need to bring everything. There wasn't even hand soap anywhere in the unit. So bring TP, PT, Soap, Trash bags etc. GulfCrest is still a great place to stay.

wonderful unit

we've stayed at the Gulfcrest for many years and this was our first time in this unit. The owner was amazing at keeping in touch & on point with everything even texting to let us knw we could check in a little early if we were available. The unit had everythign we needed & was very well decorated. Will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely place!

We couldn't have picked a better spot! Everything about the condo was splendid and was so close to places to eat, shop, and plenty of things for the teenagers. We would definitely rent here again!

Such a beautiful condo and perfect beachside stay for anyone looking to stay in Panama City Florida

Such a great experience renting this property. The condo was beautiful and the balcony was so much bigger than expected. The view was amazing and was perfect view of the beach. The condo was very clean and nice. The furniture was high class and very comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely condo, October 16-23

This condo was very nice, all the finishes were high end . The master bed and pillows were very luxurious. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. As was the pool. Parking was convenient, handicapped spots are available on a first come first serve basis. All three high speed elevators were working. this condo is very close to the elevators this was very handy as we were traveling with my 90 yer old Mother in law. This condo is close to walmart and publix. The office workers were very friendly and helpful. The owners are great, when we had a question or concern they were very prompt in responding. We hope to stay here again in 2022. Lisa S
