Our beautiful beach home sits perched 150 feet above the Pacific Ocean on a private 1/2 acre with sweeping whitewater views of the ocean & the Point Arena Lighthouse from almost every window! Enjoy beautiful sunsets on our expansive deck. Sip your morning coffee in our sun room. Lounge in the private hot tub under the stars. Or if you prefer, curl up in front of a roaring fire with a good book & watch TV on our 42' flat screen HDTV.
Our home features a lovely master suite with ocean views & immediate brand new hot tub access, plush mattresses with premium linens, down comforters, and mattress warmers. This is truly a classic beach home with vaulted ceilings, many windows and skylights in every room. Our home is perfect for holidays and entertaining with a large fully equipped & well-stocked kitchen and a beautiful dining room that seats up to eight.
Our state of the art home entertainment system includes a 42' HDTV, satellite TV, DVD player and Roku for streaming Netflix and Amazon Instant videos.We also provide high speed wireless Internet access.
Our home was inspired by Coastal Living Magazine and boasts antiques, large stone fireplace & original coastal artwork. Our private yard and the surrounding area is a birdwatcher's & nature lover's paradise!
Beautiful Private Beach: You will have access to our community's beautiful private access beach with over 5 miles of sandy beach for long strolls, surf fishing and exploring tide pools. The beach is a 5 minute walk or can be accessed by car with our electronic gate pass.

Manchester is 4 miles south with a full size grocery store. Historic Point Arena and its lighthouse is 7 miles south with a bakery, theater, restaurants, fishing pier and wildlife sanctuary. Mendocino is 45 minutes north with shops, restaurants, music festivals. Fort Bragg is 10 minutes north of Mendocino and has a wonderful organic market, along with a local brewery and a picturesque harbor where you can take fishing trips as well as whale watching tours. Other activities that the area has to offer are hiking, biking, wine-tasting, golf, fishing, museums, boating, surfing, rafting, bird watching, horseback riding, sightseeing, tide-pooling, beach combing and driftwood collecting.

Immaculate, comfortable, safe, great private beach!

This home is awesome, clean, and comfortable and very cozy private home! We are hoping to comeback in the future and spent more time in it. Unfortunately we didn't spent much time in the house cause we would leave early morning and come back at night but just the thought of coming back knowing that a comfortable and safe home awaited for my family and I was second to none. Wife loved the personal decor in the home that is obvious of the personal details in their home. The private beach was a plus and vey intimate and safe for families. I would Highly recommend this home to anyone.

Coastal Calm

My sister and I spent 5 nights at this property in early March. The home has all the amenities you need for preparing nice meals and a well lit, comfortable dining area. We used both the fireplace and the hot tub taking advantage of the cool evenings and warmish afternoon. The beds were very comfortable and the property was exceptionally quiet. The decorative touches made us feel cared for and welcome. This is an ideal property for reading, walking on the wonderful private beach, indulging in a nap, and sharing special time with loved ones. Improving the lighting in the living room and kitchen would make the place simply perfect. We would both return in a second if we could.

PEACEFUL AND LOVELY GETAWAY

The Paradise found is nice home and great private location for short drive to wherever you want to go. Staying in this property was a wonderful getaway as we asked for after busy life in San Francisco. We were very pleased with our stay even though there was raining on the first of the three days with stayed. However, there were lovely indoor-opened-viewed sun room which you could enjoy the lovely view no matter of the day or night under raining or sun. The hot tub on the deck was perfect as we enjoyed the view under the beautiful sunset and stargazing. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean and allowed us to enjoy cooking. Also, it is included access to the private beach, Irish Beach, was also a wonderful extra. Yeunsoon was highly responsive to our questions and I am highly reccomended staying here! Thank you guys for sharing your lovely house for our getaway. Will be back soon.

Lessons learned

Nice house, faulty deck, property not suitable for young children. Unfortunately my family had to suffer the most not being able to leave our children unattended on the enclosed deck, since on one side the slats were too wide and on the other the cord fence was broken, not to mention the whole one side was loose... very dangerous for anyone especially children (this is a 2nd story deck!) If the owners were forthcoming with this information BEFORE OUR STAY we would not have reserved. Ultimately the property is not safe for anyone and should not have been available for use until the deck was fixed. Secondly, the description says 2 bedroom but the pictures show a “bedroom 3”, so that should be corrected since the 3rd bedroom is for “friends and family only”. Finally, I never saw anyone walking down to the beach and young children definitely won’t make the extremely steep trip. I will say that the beach is amazing, once you get there by car and the house has a nice open floor plan. The owners need to be more honest upfront. Lessons learned.

Hi Lisa we are so sorry for your suffer from staying. we already fixed deck and railing. you mentioned about baby crib and toys so that I bought it and I did place it in the house, also you mention about 3rd room that it was on the picture so that I took it off. 3rd room is for our belongings so that it is not suitable to rent it to customers. We are looking for things all the time that we need to take care of for our customers. Thank you so much for all your attention.

Comfortable & peaceful ocean stay

Everything was neat and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. The beach is private and surprisingly clean. Fantastic mushrooms everywhere! I have never seen so many boletes in my life. It was my first time renting with VRBO I was a little confused with how to access house because the Internet connection was a slow and I could not open my app but that was my fault for not reviewing prior, not the owners. they were very concerned that I was able to get in. It was a great two night stay, would definitely come back again.

Great house in great location, loved the views.

Great fishing

The Photo makes the house in closer to the water than it really is. This being said, it is just a short drive to the private beach. We caught many fish From the beach and had Them for dinner our last night there. Yeunsoon Was very attentive and helpful.

We loved our stay at this home. Very cozy and quiet and nicely decorated. The owner of this property is so nice and was quickly available with all my questions I had. Beds were so comfy and home had all amenities needed. The views and sunsets from the deck were the best part. A beautiful ocean view of Pt. Arena from the deck as well. Looking forward to staying at Paradise Found again in the future.

Beautiful in Paradise

The house was perfect for our getaway. The space, the location, and sunsets on the deck were just what we wanted. Our hosts had very detailed instructions for every thing including the hot tub, beach access and surrounding places to eat and things to do! We certainly would come back!

Beautiful remote gem

Perfect getaway location with the quiet only interrupted by the sound of the waves and sounds of nature. The house itself is clean and very comfortable. From the living room to the sun room to the deck. We enjoyed the solitude as the gorgeous views of the Pacific. Be aware, with the solitude comes some inconvenience; the small, local store may not stock what you need, and Mendocino proper is a 40 minute drive via winding roads. Recommend bringing everything that you need for your stay. Oh, and drive down to the beach, don't walk. The walk back up the hill will challenge even those guests who are fit. All that said, we'd definitely go back to Paradise Found.

A perfect little hideaway with the right amount of just about anything that one needs in a getaway.

Paradise Found is truly relaxing with the right amount of activities to enjoy if you wish. Point Arena was the perfect sight to see after an excellent breakfast at the corner cafe located at the entrance. My better half was very pleased with all the little touches in the kitchen and after a little sight seeing we really enjoyed the little things that Paradise Found has to offer. The hot tub, steaks on the barbie, movie's to relax with, deer in the yard and a perfectly bright sunny day at Irish Beach to culminate our stay, we could not have asked for more. We hope to visit again, my wife and I would really recommend Paradise Found if a relaxing, quiet, beach getaway is in order.

Truly Paradise Found !!

This place is aptly named ! Great ocean views, deer, quail, hummingbirds. Very quiet. Excellent hot tub on the deck. Great mattresses on the beds. Private beach ! Lots to see and do within short drives. Lighthouse at Point Arena. I could go on and on about how wonderful "Paradise Found" is, but there's nothing like experiencing it for yourself. The owners were wonderful in their communications and everything was as advertised. We will be back!

Amazing and peaceful place.

Paradise Found is a great place to stay. Irish beach is beautiful and the house is comfortable and equipt with everything one would need. The host was highly responsive to our questions and went beyond to accomodate our family. I highly reccomend staying here!

Relaxing

Renee and I with our dog enjoyed one week of total peace and relaxation. The weather is perfect if you want to get out of the heat. The evenings cool but the fireplace was warm and cozy. The foggy morning hot tub was like a mystic spa with a hot tea and the release of stress. BUT! The private beach was awesome 8 days on a beach with our dog and never saw a soul! Well we did see the horse back riders Cruz the coast. It was the sound of crashing waves and birds that sent us sound to sleep. This is our second time back and will be there again soon. Hervorragendes Ferienhaus / Great Location

Das Ferienhaus war auf unserer vierwöchigen Rundreise das beste von vier guten Häusern, die wir (mit zwei Kindern) gemietet hatten. Es ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Wintergarten ist toll, die Ausstattung des Hauses ist auf einem hohen Niveau. Absolut zu empfehlen. I highly recommend this beautiful holiday home. My familiy and I, we stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The house provides everything you need on a very high standard. It is furnished very elegant.

Wonderful house

Our stay at Paradise found was very relaxing. The house is light, open and very comfortable. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There was one minor thing that we might request in the future. My husband and I are extremely sensitive to scents in cleaning products. We had to remove the air freshener from the house and the freshly washed sheets had a very strong scent. Unscented laundry and dish soap would be fantastic! We would love to return to this house again.

I'LL BE BACK!

Renee and I with our dogs had the best time in this wonderful home. Comfy beds and a specious living area, we took in every sun rise and sun set. If your looking to get away and enjoy your private beach this is the place.

A perfect getaway !!!

Our family recently had a long weekend and could not have been more pleased with the house. It is incredibly peaceful and the living room, sun room, and deck were the highlights. A fully stocked and clean kitchen allowed us to enjoy cooking dinner before the sunset was a plus. The mother deer and two babies we saw twice a day in the backyard was icing on the cake. The included access to the private beach was also a wonderful extra. However, the stay was equaled by the preparation and attention to detail leading up to the stay by Yeunsoon and Bruce. The directions, instructions, information on everything in the house and how to use it, along with details of the surrounding towns and restaurants was above and beyond what we've experienced in previous rental houses. Looking forward to finding the days off to go again.

Outdoor enthusiast, sportsman and nature lover, I was drawn to the Mendocino coast for its shear beauty and peaceful setting. The discovery of the Paradise Found home in Manchester presented as a wonderful combination of being within walking distance to the beach, a countryside setting, picnic area with fire pit and a comfortable and warm environment. Take in the white water views or the iconic lighthouse from the deck while sipping wine and relaxing with friends and family. Watch whales during the season. Light up the fireplace to take out the chill and create a cozy night setting. Or relax on the comfortable couch with a great book with music in the background. What more can be said! We hope you will enjoy our house as much as we do and we can make your stay memorable.
