Casa Colibri is a spacious penthouse in the Upper Amapas neighborhood with a private terrace and dipping pool. It's a 15 min. walk to the beach and restaurants in Zona Romantica. It's equipped with Smart TVs, free wifi, and new AC units. The penthouse has an open-concept kitchen and living room with glass doors for breathtaking views of the ocean, foothills and rooftops of this sparkly city!

The space:
Casa Colibri is located in a nine-unit building. The penthouse is on the 5th floor, which is the highest floor of the building. Its décor is simple and modern, with elegant Mexican elements such as vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, hacienda-style white walls, a cupula, custom stained-glass features, natural stone floors, and a truly unique dining room table that sits six. The terrace includes a bistro table (sits four) for relaxing outdoor dining. Watch Puerto Vallarta’s nightly fireworks from the terrace with a glass of wine!

COMBINING WORK AND PLAY?
Casa Colibri penthouse is perfect for when you want a luxurious getaway, but still have to work remotely. It has a distinct office studio with the following features:
• Desk and office chair
• Fiberoptic internet with Wifi throughout the unit (300 Mbps)
• Wireless Printer (complimentary printer-paper available)
• Computer monitor with HDMI connection.

At the end of the workday, enjoy a margarita on the outdoor terrace, while surrounded by the stunning view of the Banderas Bay coastline, the Sierra Madre foothills and the rooftops of this awesome city.

WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH AND NIGHT LIFE
The Penthouse is an enjoyable and safe downhill 12-15 minute walk to restaurants and bars in the lively area of Zona Romantica. It’s also a 15-minute walk to the beach (or five-minute Uber ride which ranges from $2 to $4).

To return to penthouse from the Zona Romantica area, we HIGHLY recommend our guests take an Uber or Taxi as it is quite an uphill hike (extreme workout for the gluteus maximus!)
An Uber or taxi ride from the Zona Romantica area to the penthouse should cost roughly $3-$4 (15-20 Mx pesos).

TECHNOLOGY & ENTERTAINMENT
The penthouse is equipped with two Smart TVs (Living Room and Master Bedroom) so that you may access your Netflix or Amazon accounts. Additionally, you'll find the following features:
• SONOS wireless sound system to stream music
• Fiberoptic internet with Wifi throughout the unit (300 Mbps)
• Wireless printer in the office

COMFORT IS KEY
Throughout the penthouse, there are ceiling fans and brand-new zoned air conditioning systems for your comfort and control. All the windows and sliding doors open as well, if you prefer a fresh natural breeze.

LIVING ROOM
The Living room includes a comfy L-shaped couch; coffee table; a 60” inch Smart TV with SONOS wireless system to stream your favorite music. A tiled bar cabinet includes wine glasses and gorgeous locally hand-made margarita glasses and pitchers.

MASTER BEDROOM
The large master bedroom is a sanctuary that includes: a king-sized bed; two night stands with lamps; 55” Smart TV; air conditioning unit; adjoining private bathroom with double sinks; shower; walk-in closet; electric blinds on glass doors provide privacy and ease. Beach towels are included for your pool-side fun or trip to the beach. Security box is located in master bedroom closet.

SECOND BEDROOM
This extra room includes: a king-sized bed, two night stands with lamps, ceiling fan; air-conditioning unit; adjoining private bathroom with shower; closet with plenty of shelves and drawers. Beach towels included.

Need a pharmacy while in Puerto Vallarta?

You will find pharmacies on almost every corner in Puerto Vallarta. Down the street from Casa Colibri is Farmacia Guadalajara that sells everything from pastries to allergy meds. The pharmacist tend to speak enough English to assist you.

If you take ill, most pharmacies can help you as they'll have a doctor on the site. Additionally, CMQ Hospital is a five-minute drive from Casa Colibri.
