Watch unforgettable sunsets while you sip home made Margaritas and homemade tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa prepared and served by our staff!
Our villa offers 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom ,all beds have a romantic canopy over them . All bedrooms have French doors that open to private terraces with cafe tables and chairs to sit overlooking the Pacific Ocean for private viewing of romantic sunsets in your own terrace. The living room and dining room are completely open to our very large 300sq feet main terrace and outdoor living area that has a solar heated swimming pool , outdoor bathroom and shower and outdoor dining tables for 8 people, umbrellas and lounging chairs as well as an outdoor barbeque for you to enjoy life at it's best.

Our housekeeper Carmella will shop , prepare and serve 2 meals a day for you at your request (groceries not included in rent), as well as clean your room and change your bedding and towels daily . She is an amazing cook !!!

We have a boat service to go snorkeling to LOS ARCOS MARINE PARK or just visit the nearby islands and towns and beaches as well as a masseuse on call at your request.

The villa is perfectly designed for you and your party to have a carefree and wonderfully relaxing vacation in paradise.

NOTE: THE PROPERTY IS ON A CLIFF, HAS LOTS OF STAIRS AND OPEN WROUGHT IRON RAILINGS . IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PERSONS WITH DIFFICULTIES CLIMBING STAIRS. ALSO THE POOL IS NOT FENCED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED

Absolutley my best stay in PV after 40 years of visiting! The house is easy to find and access. 10 minute easy walk to to Playa de Mismaloya. Great location for many reasons. Carmela took the best care of us, her food is incredible and went the extra mile to celebrate our son's 18th birthday. Gabriela is a fantastic host, reaponsive and connected us with Jose and Juan Carlos for concierge and boat tour services. Magical place. Staying here is a special experience.

Perfect!

This was my fourth visit to Villa Delfin and my stays here are always wonderful. Carmela, the properties caretaker, will make your visit special and memorable. I plan on returning in March.

Maybe the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed!! It was the perfect place for our girls trip. Carmela’s food was SO delicious, and enjoying fresh orange juice while watching whales in the ocean was an experience I’ll never forget.

Amazing

Spent a week at this amazing property, enjoyed everything about it. Saw whales from the patio every day, sunsets were so beautiful. House was spotlessly clean, Carmella the cook/housekeeper was a pure joy and sweetheart, excellent cook and hostess, would definitely recommend this property.

AMAZING

Beautiful views…amazing hospitality

A bus or taxi ride from Puerto Vallarta, this lovely home in Mislamoya does not disappoint. Incredible views of the bay/mountains and Los Arcos from the west facing balconies/outdoor spaces of this cliff side villa…gorgeous sunsets. Carmela is wonderful, extremely helpful arranging taxis and best of all making the most delicious meals and drinks. You will be spoiled!

Relaxing stay at Villa Delfin

What an amazing getaway! Impeccable views, a beautiful home and sunshine every day! Staying at Villa Delfin was a treat and made all the better by the home host, Carmella. Carmella is a beautiful soul and was just a genuine caretaker of us during our stay. Her cooking was amazing and her attention to detail in tidying rooms was top notch. You never knew she was there, except when you could smell the amazing fragrances coming from her kitchen. I can only hope I get to stay again in the future!

Carmela was the BEST!

The house was very nice with beautiful views including whales everyday. What made the whole place OUTSTANDING was Carmela. Her attention to everything was wonderful and the meals were absoultely fabulous. Better meals than any restaurant. Never wanted to miss one. She is such a sweetheart and really became our friend. We will miss her until next time.

Stare into the Sea

It was just the two of us in the house. Spent hours staring at the sea. Had to drive everywhere as the house is right off the road and is not conducive to walking. Was nice to have drinks and hors d'oeuvres each night made by Carmela.

Pure paradise

Villa Delfin was northing short of spectacular. It was a relaxing vacation from start to finish, coming and going as we pleased. The meals were taken care of by Carmella who is a wonderful chef. Our laundry and beds were made for us. She took care of everything we needed. We used her sons boat services and went snorkeling and fishing! Explored the botanical gardens which is a must see! This Villa is the perfect balance that is needed for anyone’a vacation!!

Amazing home, perfect location

Situated high on a bluff overlooking a small cove this was the perfect spot for a mini vacation. Our party of three adult couples was perfectly accommodated with three in-suite rooms, each with it's own balcony. The location in the small town of Mismaloya was perfect. It allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy a more authentic feeling while still just a half hour taxi ride to the restaurants and sites of bigger city Puerto Vallarta. Best of all is Carmella - the resident housekeeper - who is so much more than just a cook. She took great care of us in every way during our stay.

I stayed here with my mom for two weeks during the month of September. Arriving at Villa Delfin was like a dream come true. We were immediately overjoyed and amazed by the view. It was breathtaking! Ever morning and every afternoon we were able to enjoy the delicious meals prepared by the house-keeper, Carmella, while sipping margaritas, soaking up the sun and looking out to the most spectacular view we have ever seen. This place is paradise! I cant wait to go back!

Amazing!!

We have rented many villas in PV and this was one of the best. The villa is gorgeous. The outdoor area and the views are spectacular!! And that’s where you want to spend your time when in Mexico. And then there’s Carmella. What a gem. She took such good care of us. Her meals were delicious, her margaritas and salsa too. She made us feel like family and we were able to truly relax and have an authentic Mexican vacation. We were truly sad to leave but we will definitely be back.

Just the best

I can't remember how many times we have stayed here now, I've lost track. The location is just perfect, a quick bus ride into town, a quick bus ride to Boca. All the rooms are ensuite, and so very comfortable. Carmela takes amazing care of you, this time round she had Giovanna helping her too. The food, Carmelas margaritas, the view, the house (with wifi and a great DVD selection), you are at home and can completely unwind. Schedule a massage on the deck with Mercedes, you won't be disappointed. Now need to plan a return trip! Thank you for letting us stay at your villa.

A wonderful Family Trip to PV

This was the first trip we have been to Puerto Vallarta. It could not have been more wonderful. The house was as nice as the photos showed. The view was tremendous. Sitting on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee or watching the sunset with a perfect margarita could be the best way to start and finish a beautiful day. Carmela, who took care of all the cooking and house could not have been more perfect. She was so pleasant and anticipated ours needs before we thought of them. Her cooking was the best we have had. I can't think of anything that was overlooked or went wrong. We will definitely return. A beautiful place to spend time with family and friends and just relax.

Amazing Villa Delfin

Our "girls gone wild" week at Villa Delfin was amazing, from the unobstructed view of the Pacific to Carmela & Lupita. Our host Gabriela was on top of all my inquiries with attention to all details, perfection. The house was immaculate, loved the open air concept with all doors and windows open, ocean breeze and no bugs. Carmela is priceless, never intrusive, it was almost like she could read ones desires, margaritas and mimosas fresh everyday, her cooking is to die for - fettuccine is so good not to mention fresh homemade nachos and salsa. We wanted to take her home with us. Sweet Lupita, refreshing our rooms everyday, making us so spoiled. Carlos gave a us a great site seeing, snorkeling excursion - paradise. We will return one day.

Wonderful Stay with Carmella at Villa Delfin!

Well firstly, let me just start by saying that everything you read in these reviews about Carmela are on point - she is truly amazing & made our stay so enjoyable!! From the moment we arrived, Carmela welcomed us with open arms to Villa Delfin, where we ate the most amazing home cooked food, had margaritas waiting for us each day & saw whales frolicking around in the water, from each of our rooms daily Carmela keeps the Villa immaculate & is always available to assist with anything you may require, from arranging taxis, making reservations at nearby restaurants & of course to make sure you don't ever go hungry or thirsty. Her son Carlos arranged a boat trip for us, which was one of the highlights of our stay, taking us out snorkelling at Los Arcos & then down to see a beautiful waterfall at Yelapa before heading back, where we stopped at Playa Las Animas for lunch at a restaurant on the beach - we even saw some manta rays - it was a really great day out on the water! We need to give a really big thank you to Carmela & the Villa Owners for allowing us a late check-out & additional nights’ accommodation at short notice, when our Flt from PV to SFO was cancelled at the last minute - it really helped turn a stressful moment into another relaxing last day with Carmela! We love you Carmela & your Aussie family will def be back to Villa Delfin next time we come to beautiful Mismaloya xx

We fell in love with Puerto Vallarta on our first trip in 2006. We decided to buy a house a few months later and spotted the For Sale sign for Villa Delfin on a palm tree when we were passing in a boat. We love this place and get here as much as we can. We also like other people to share our wonderful experiences being at the Villa.
