- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell camera on the front door facing the exterior front entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video and sound when motion is detected or when the video doorbell button is pressed

- NOTE: The resort amenities are available with a required on-site fee of $102 This will include your resort wristbands and parking permits. You will receive a text/email a few days before arrival to register with your info so the resort will be expecting you when you arrive. The fee will be paid to the resort, via your text/email.

No more than 8 guest is allowed to stay over in unit per Resort Rules. There will be an additional fee of $59 for each guest if this happens. This will be enforced as this breaks the resort fire code.

*You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.*

* No smoking or vaping is allowed in the condo or on the balcony. If any evidence of such is detected there will be a $400 “additional” cleaning fee charged.

* Resort Quiet Hours are 11PM - 8AM so please be mindful of other surrounding guests.
