This property was very nice. Resturants and attractions were very close. The elevator was quick and we didn't have to wait long. Besides normal wear and tear, this Condo is extremely nice and quiet. The host responded very prompt. The only issue we had was our code to the door didn't work when we arrived, but we called and they gave us another one. Besides that, no issues. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Couldn’t have chose a better place!

One of the top best resorts you can stay in my opinion. Elevators were always quick, the location was phenomenal and the ocean view from all the beds, the balcony beach view, and the view you get being anywhere inside from the floor to ceiling windows was so top tier. The easy access to the beach and to any of the pools on property was so convenient and my kid loved it. I would book this property every single time i came back!!!

6/10 - Razoável

Pontos positivos: Check-in, localização e precisão do anúncio
Pontos negativos: Limpeza
This condo was not clean. When we arrived there were long black hairs in the bedding, towels, wash cloths, etc. under the beds had not been cleaned. As well as make up on the bedding and stains on the wash cloths and towels. There was trash and dust under alot of the furniture. The shower curtain was covered in soap scum and mold was in the shower caulking. Because I had to rewash all bedding before we could sleep due to the amount of hair left behind from the previous renters or house keepers, I found pillows with blood stains, yellow drool markings , and other gross stains. I contacted the host and they did refund me my cleaning fee, however it took several hours to respond back to me each time. We loved Long Beach resort. The condo was beautiful, and it has so much to offer. However if it’s not clean, it’s not worth it. The reviews tricked me.

As you can see from the many, many previous 5 star reviews, this is not the norm. The same team has cleaned this unit for years and always do an outstanding job, they would never have left a unit in this type of shape. We even offered to send them back, however that was not wanted. Thank you, Kim's Condos

Pleasant Stay

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. No major complaints from my wife or me... Everything was pretty much as pictured. A few minor things that needed attention, but that's the case in most places. The view is fantastic, and we both enjoyed the deck furniture. Overall, the property is quiet and well kept. We'd stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Kim's Condo A+

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our stay. We had a wonderful time. Really like the check in process and the keyless entry. So much better than keeping up with a key card. My only suggestion would be to have cleaning crew sweep under beds oçasionaly. The remote for one of the TV's was under the king bed. I only noticed how dirty it was under there because I had to crawl under to get the back to the remote. Other than that, the condo was immaculate. Will definitely request this same unit next year. Thank you again!!!!
