This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home is nestled within Sea Cliffs, a private gated beachside community featuring a large resort-style pool, playground, and direct access to the sugar sand beaches and clear Gulf waters—just steps from your door.

Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, with:

Two king suites with private bathrooms

One queen bedroom

A bunk room with a twin-over-full bed

You’ll enjoy spacious, open-concept living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, coastal décor, and multiple balconies perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Three dedicated parking spaces are included for your convenience.

Just up the road, explore the scenic Loggerhead Run Bike Path—an 8-mile paved trail stretching the length of Cape San Blas from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Hwy 30E. It’s ideal for walking, jogging, or biking.

Our Winter Home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A Sight to Sea could also be called a Sight to Sea and Bay as we watch the sun come up over the bay and set over the gulf. The swimming pool was overhauled while we were there and looks fabulous. The cabana is a great place for happy hours. The new board walk is beautiful and accessible. A new high table and 4 high chairs for the 4th floor balcany were delivered and make for a nice view and outdoor dining. 5 new TV's are a real plus. Fiberoptic was installed shortly before we left and will greatly improve internet access. The kitchen is well stocked and lacks for nothing. We love that we can each claim a bedroom for our individual interests and still have a king suite for company. We look forward to staying at A Sight to Sea for many more winter get aways!

Beautiful views, beautifully decorated, comfortable home and the perfect fit for our family. Gulf Coast Vacation rentals were the very best people to rent from. They were always very nice and helpful with any questions that I had! Hoping to rent A sight to Sea from them again next year !

Truly a Sight to Sea!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 months at A Sight to Sea where we have stayed in the past. The condo has new ownership and has been recently renovated so very tastefully with new flooring, new walls, new paint, new living room furniture. The morning view of the sunrise over the bay and the evening sunset over the gulf are beautiful. When air conditioning isn't needed we enjoy having the master bedroom door open to the screened in balcony so as to hear the waves lull us to sleep. Minor issues with the refrigerator and the furnace were dealt with expeditiously with the rental agency. It's plain to see that the new owners are meticulous. We hope we can have many more winters away from MN at A Sight to Sea. It feels like home away from home!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very clean and tidy condo. Had some maintenance issues that were not able to be resolved while we were there - side door to covered carport was stuck, elevator was stuck, refrigerator held water constantly. A Plummer showed up out of nowhere during our stay to fix an issue we had not reported. We submitted a help ticket via the app that was not responded to. None of this issues were deal breakers. The weather was beautiful. The area is very kid and pet friendly. Pool is always great, renters here are also hospitable and friendly.

Family Trip 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and the ice machine was a nice bonus. The rooms are not as listed. There are 2 king beds, 1 double and a twin bunkbed over double (not pictured). The owners need to update the pictures on the listing. There is also a queen sleeper sofa that was not listed. This could be helpful to some guest. This condo is 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths which is great but the water pressure did not allow us to use more than one shower at a time and the water in the kitchen sink would come to almost a complete stop. The mattress in 3rd floor king room is very firm which we did not like. There is a short walk to the beach but it isn't too bad. This condo has many steps being 4 floors, so just keep that in mind. There is an elevator that can help get luggage and groceries upstairs. We also had to wait 30 mins past check-in on the housekeepers to get the condo ready. We also were only given 1 key to the unit.

Great place - lots of stairs, limited boat parking

The lock system was down when we arrived so it took a while to figure out that they had hidden a key, other than that the place was nice but maybe not completely fitted for what we were there for. We went for a scalloping weekend and there was little to no outdoor lighting to clean up gear or clean scallops at night - so we cleaned scallops for 4 hours by flashlight. Also, be advised that while there is an elevator it has a 750 pound capacity and can be a little slow & tricky to use. There are four stories and lots of stairs to climb (kitchen is on the top floor, 2 bedrooms each on 2nd & 3rd floor, laundry on bottom) so if you have any knee or hip issues you probably would want to look for another place. We took a 22’ boat and had to parallel park it behind the dumpster in a pretty tight spot - no real parking outside of the carport (ceiling was too low for our boat) and the spot in front of the unit. If there had been other people with boats it would have been extremely difficult. Beautiful place to stay and we did enjoy it 👍

George Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the condo. The lay out was perfect for our family. The view, the beach and the pool were so relaxing. Our only problem the whole week was the water. On Monday we had low water pressure. I did receive a message saying this would last 48-72 hours. On Thursday we had no water when we can up from the beach. This was a huge inconvenience with a condo full of sandy people.

2018 vacation on Cape San Blas

Reviewer Comments: REal good especially since our sister in law and husband(Susan Freng) was there to guide us.You need to fix the faucet seals on kitchen and 3rd floor guest sink. Also, the dishwasher top rack connectors came out: loose. Also, I advisedbefore we arrived we had to leave early and no mention to rent to receive prorate return of rental fee. Disappointed

Dirty, very Dirty..dog hair everywhere..floor hasnt been mopped.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First day to check in the lady at Gulf Coast rental was rude, very rude. After, we did not get to check in the condo until 345pm..and checked in to a dirty, condo...will not every use Gulf coast rental again.
