The kitchen has counter seating for four and is fully equipped with all modern amenities including dishwasher, refrigerator with an ice-maker, microwave and coffee maker. The second and third levels have Gulf facing master suites each with a King Bed, flat screen TV and private deck looking out towards the Gulf. Bedroom number three is on the third level and has a Queen Bed, flat screen TV and a bay window overlooking the pond. Bedroom number four is on the second level and has a Twin over Full bunkbed with a trundle, a flat screen TV and a bay window. All four bedrooms have their own private full size bath.


On the first level there is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a private garage with parking for one car or a boat and space in the driveway for one car outside of the garage area. In addition, this unit has an adjacent parking space that is deeded to this unit.
