Private New Paltz contemporary in nature paradise

Escape to this marvelous house in picturesque New Paltz. Our private contemporary is minutes from town where you can enjoy great shopping and wonderful restaurants. We are also close to hiking, biking and climbing. Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Preserve are nearby as is the Rail Trail and River to Ridge Trails.… you can bike and hike for miles in all directions.

There is a long driveway to our contemporary house. The setting is private and serene. There is a pond on the property that is teaming with life (frogs and turtles) and is not swimmable. Our home is a true nature paradise.

The house boasts cathedral ceilings with a windowed prow and glass doors that open to large deck with outdoor table and hot tub facing the serene pond. The Great Room has baby grand piano and opens to a screened in porch. The fully equipped kitchen connects to family room with television. The upstairs master bedroom with king sized bed connects to a tiled luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi tub. A sleeping loft where there is a queen sized futon, overlooks the Great Room. There is a second bedroom and full bathroom with laundry on the first floor. There is a pullout couch in the ]Great Room, offering an additional sleeping spot.

An expansive deck overlooks the pond and is accessible from the Great Room and dining area. An outdoor dining set allows and electric grill enable you to enjoy meals while enjoying the natural beauty. The screened in porch offers a another tranquil shaded spot to enjoy nature. The front yard offers a spacious area for badminton and games.

We will only accommodate 4 adults but welcome their children.
Please note that there is a tenant in the basement apartment and she is quiet and respectful and won't get in the way of your private vacation.
