6-Seat Street-Legal Golf Cart Included The included golf cart is a street-legal low-speed vehicle (LSV) and must be operated in accordance with Florida law. • Drivers must be at least 21 years old • A valid driver's license and active insurance are required • All traffic laws, speed limits, and cart path rules must be followed • Guests are responsible for safe operation and assume full liability for any accidents, fines, or towing • Prior to use, all drivers must be 21+ and provide: (1) Copy of valid driver's license (front & back) and (2) Proof of current auto insurance policy (front & back). Documentation will be requested via email after booking confirmation. Golf cart access requires complete documentation - no exceptions. See full terms in rental agreement.
4 Adult Bikes with Locks Helmets are not included with this rental. If needed, helmets can be purchased at nearby convenience stores, Walmart, or local grocery stores.
Garage Fully Stocked with Beach Gear Includes beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, wagons, kayaks, and more.
Parking Info Parking is available for 2 large vehicles in the driveway. The garage is reserved for the golf cart, bikes, and beach gear provided for guest use. If you need additional parking, please contact us before arrival to make arrangements.
Pet-Friendly for Dogs This home welcomes up to 2 well-behaved indoor dogs, up to 30 lbs each, or one dog up to 60 lbs. • Pre-approval is required. Pets stay free, there is no pet fee, when they are added to your reservation and approved in advance. • A signed rental agreement acknowledging the pet policy is required before check-in. • Undisclosed pets may result in immediate eviction without refund, and the guest remains responsible for any cleaning or remediation costs. • No pets allowed on beds or furniture • All pets must be leashed when outdoors • Guests must clean up after their pets • Note: Walton County ordinances prohibit dogs on the beach, including emotional support animals. Only ADA-recognized service animals are permitted. Please review local laws for full details.

Required Booking and Stay Policies . Minimum Age Requirement Primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay. Valid ID may be required. Reservations under false pretenses may be canceled without refund. . Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site unless approved. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in fines or removal without refund. . Rental Agreement Required A signed Coastline Collections rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details and access instructions are released only after completion. . No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund. . No Smoking or Vaping Not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations will result in cleaning charges and additional fees. . Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM per local ordinance. . Community Rules Guests must comply with all HOA and community rules. . Security Devices Tampering with safety or security equipment is prohibited and subject to charges. . Cancellations and Refunds Governed by the booking platform cancellation policy. . Rates and Pricing Subject to change until reservation is confirmed. . Travel Insurance Strongly recommended. . Technology and Connectivity WiFi provided. Guests should bring backup if uninterrupted service is required. . Parking and Community Access Parking is first come, first served with permit required. Standard passenger vehicles only. Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces only. . Seasonal Extended Stays From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st of the month arrival and 1st of the month departure date. . Extended Stay Cleaning Fees Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025. . Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation. . Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Collections reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement. . Shipping and Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location. . Lost and Found Items left behind after checkout are not guaranteed to be found or returned. . Safety and Security Certain properties may be equipped with safety and security devices such as monitored systems or exterior cameras. No interior spaces are monitored. . Vrbo Resolution Center Damages handled through Vrbo Resolution Center where applicable.
