Very Accommodating

Great place to stay! The pool was clean, we loved that it was heated. The house was stocked with beach towels and other amenities. The beds are very firm and there is only 1 TV, but overall a very nice stay.

Relaxation Heaven

We were looking for a place that we could come and relax, and be close to family in the area. We found this at this spacious property. A little over 5 minutes to the beach. Very clean and in a peaceful neighborhood and enjoyed the heated pool.

A Gem!

We enjoyed three warm weeks away from the snow in this house! It was perfect for the two of, but could easily accommodate a family. The proximity to the beaches was wonderful and we would have spent more time there if not for the Red Tide. Thank goodness for the heated pool! The neighborhood was very quiet and conveniently located.

Venice, Florida stay with heated pool.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house has been recently painted and looks great! The washer/dryer were brand new. The pool was awesome! It heated up fast and was fun to hang out in. We had a slight mix up on the cleaning crew on our arrival but we came in on Christmas Day, things happen. The property manager made things right and we had no other issues!

Overall perfect for what we needed (few nights rental with a pool for family of 4 close to other family) Convenient location Perfect size (4 ppl) Nice kitchen Easy rental, check in process Negatives: Pool pump not working so was a little dirty (but didn’t stop us from using it!) TV did not have cable and apps loaded on it prohibited us from watching NCAA championship game and Masters coverage Suggestion - could use a table out in lanai to be able to sit and eat outside.

Spacious family getaway

Wonderfully spacious, clean, and for our purposes (visiting family in the area) perfectly located. In about 5 minutes you can be looking for shark's teeth on Manasota Beach, in 10 you can be at Jacaranda Plaza to eat or shop, in 15 you can be on Venice Isle doing tourist stuff. Nice pool, everything worked, except for food, just about anything you might need is right there in the house. Aside from one slight hiccup at check-in, resolved in 5 minutes with a quick phone call, everything perfect.

great spot close to CoolToday Park

We were very happy with this property. It was neat and tidy. We appreciated that they provided 2 beach chairs, multiple pool towels and pool noodles. We didn't use the bikes, but we appreciated that they were also available. At this of the year we would have liked the pool to be heated in the evenings instead of the day since we were always busy during the day. Don't hesitate to book this property.

Perfect vacation home!

We had an absolutely lovely stay! This place is set up so perfectly. We walked in and immediately felt at home. It’s clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome binder is super comprehensive. They even have some great restaurant suggestions. At first the pool looked a little small but actually it was the perfect size and perfect temperature. We spent most of our days lounging on the lanai and taking a dip when it got too warm. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful home! Everything was provided for a very relaxing getaway from the cold weather in IL. Home was super clean and comfortable, and we’d love to stay again.

Great Experience

I meant to write my review before our stay was complete. The past couple of mi the have been pretty stressful for our family with parents being sick and welcoming a new baby. Time slipped by and before I knew it my son’s spring break was approaching. I had reserved a house in Sarasota and come to find out 3 hours before we were leaving the house was not available and VRBO some how double booked the home. Frantic to find something I can across Bud’s listing and immediately booked it even though it wasn’t available until the day after we would arrive. Confirmation was quick and I had emailed him asking if there was anyway to reserve the house the day before our reservation. Bud quickly contacted me and told me the house wasn’t available for the day we arrived but he would contact me if the cleaners were done early so we could check in earlier. He did call me and let me know we could check in early. When we arrived the house was clean and I love that the decorations were minimal since we had our two year old. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The house had everything we needed I forgot our pack and play and was ready to go purchase one until I saw one was in the garage. My 10 year old said it was the best spring break and had a blast in pool. Thanks for welcoming us into your home and helping out an overwhelmed mom!

We had to cancel last minute because I got sick. Tried to reschedule but couldn’t make arrangements with the owner. This was our first time with VRBO and probably my last.

Well kept property

Quiet neighborhood, fully stocked kitchen (cooked several meals), nice pool, the host Bud answers his phone, can put your car in the garage, close to several stores, bed in the master bedroom is firm and no blinds (sheer curtains). Rental description was accurate.

One-level living at its best

Very nice three-bedroom, two bath ranch with great floor plan and private pool. It is convenient to shopping, beaches, restaurants, etc. 'Would highly recommend.

Very Comfortable!

All family & a few friends for my brother in laws 70th surprise birthday party. Communication with Bud is always good, and the house was accommodating for us. I gave 4 on the location because it is South Venice. I grew up there, so I know the area, and it's a great safe area.

Perfect Getaway

Our month long stay was amazing. The home is well kept, stocked and very clean. We really enjoyed the heated pool! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart definitely an added bonus for the days at the beach. Bud was an exceptional host and very accommodating! Highly recommend this home!
