Welcome to your mountain retreat in beautiful West Dover, minutes from Mount Snow, Lake Raponda, and Harriman Reservoir. This spacious 7-bedroom home is perfect for group getaways, offering comfort, relaxation, and stunning natural surroundings. Unwind in the hot tub, detox in the sauna, or cozy up around the outdoor fireplace or fire pit. Whether you’re here for skiing, golfing, hiking, or simply to relax, this property offers the perfect blend of luxury and rustic charm.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 is the upstairs Master. It has a king bed with en-suite full bath (shower only).

Bedroom 2 is the main floor master: It has a king bed with en-suite full bath (tub with showerhead).

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are across from each other on the main floor and they share a full bathroom (tub with showerhead).

Bedrooms 5, 6, and 7 are in the basement. Bedrooms 5 and 7 have 2 twins each and bedroom 6 has a king bed. Those 3 rooms share a full bath (tub with showerhead).

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings, and avoid leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. Even though our home is easily accessible, it is always helpful to have 4WD to drive in the area in the winter.

Power and Internet: It is not uncommon to lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for the loss of power or internet out of our control.

Pet Friendly: We are pet friendly and host dogs. The pet fee is $100 for one dog, $150 for two dogs and $200 for three pups. If you're planning on bringing more than three dogs, please let us know before booking, as an additional approval may be needed. We ask that dogs are kept on a leash while outside the property and about the neighborhood, for everyone's comfort. Please remember to clean up after your pets and mind that additional fees for pup-related damages may apply! Finally, unfortunately we cannot host cats or other furry animals due to potential allergy issues.

Strict no smoking, no parties, no fireworks. Please mind the noise ordinance in Town is 10 PM. Other house rules will be on arrival guide.

Please mind that you must be 25 years old to book, and at least one person 25 years old must remain during the stay.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler's insurance.
