Booked a stay here for Mardi Gras and absolutely loved it. The space is perfect for 2-4 people and is located in a really great neighborhood. The owner Rob was extremely friendly and quick to respond to any communications. Canā€™t say enough good things.

NOLA uptown rental

We had a wonderful extended NOLA visit at this property. The location was exceptional with easy access to restaurants, Magazine Street, Audubon Park, and music venues, and a short walk to the St. Charles trolley line. We could hop on the #11 Magazine bus and be in the French Quarter in less than 30 min. The neighborhood was full of architecturally interesting NOLA houses. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with a lot of NOLA details and comfortable furniture. There was ample closet space. We were very comfortable, and the extra small bedroom allowed us to have guests. Rob was the consummate host and stocked the unit with a wealth of information on NOLA and its attractions. He recommended restaurants and concerts etc. He stayed in constant contact with us to make sure everything was ok. He paid close attention to details (linens, blankets, a well-stocked kitchen, even movies) and made sure all the systems in the unit were functioning perfectly. We were sorry to leave and would definitely stay in this location again.

Home for a Month

We spent 31 great days at Robā€™s property! The location is fabulous and Rob is a thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgeable host. We had no significant problems during our entire stay and our few minor requests were handled quickly and courteously. We fully intend to repeat our visit again next year. Look No Further!

Three friends and I rented this property for a weekend trip. This space accommodated us with no issues and was clean, functional, and well maintained. This property is located in an incredibly safe neighborhood, and is in walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. When you do want to venture out into the French Quarter and hit Bourbon Street, our Uber rides were roughly 10-15 minutes. Rob was very accommodating and very helpful with suggestions on what to do and see. I would absolutely book this property again for my next trip to New Orleans.

Myself, my wife, and our teenage daughter and her best friend recently spent three nights in this wonderful apartment. Itā€™s location is ideal ā€” just a few blocks from Audubon Park and Audubon Zoo and a block off Magazine Street with its many food and drink options. Owner/Manager, Rob, welcomed us upon arrival and ensured all was in order. He also offered advice on things to see and do during our stay. Upon checkout, he also came by to bid us farewell and took the time to also show us his other adjacent vacation rental. All in all, was a great experience and we will definitely look to stay here again on future trips back to the city.

Location, Location, Location

We enjoyed a visit to New Orleans after the Mardi Gras season, and don't think we could have found a better place to stay. We had a rental car, but dining, shopping and sightseeing were within an easy (and beautiful) walk. We took the St Charles Trolley to French Quarter; we drove the rental car to French Quarter, but we were also able to make a fabulous day trip. Other reviewers speak to the attentiveness of the owner, Rob, and we concur. He was gracious and charming - just like this property!

Perfect apartment for small family and a great location.

Our family (two parents, one toddler) had a very positive experience in this rental when we came for Mardi Gras this year. The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location, very accessible to the parades and our favorite restaurants. The close proximity to Whole Foods, a Circle K and a Walgreens was very helpful, and having the zoo and Audubon Park nearby was perfect for our little one. The owner, Rob, could not have been nicer. He checked in to make sure we were comfortable, made great restaurant recommendations and even loaned us chairs and umbrellas for the parades. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the place and could not have asked for more.

The place had everything that we needed and was extremely comfortable. The location was wonderful and very good for walking around to the park, the river or the cute stores on Magazine. Rob, the owner, was very attentive to our needs and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Parking was very convenient and we were on the street right outside our front door. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a great place to stay. There were two of us and we each had our own bedroom and the one bathroom worked just fine for us.

Nice property in great area, near Zoo, shopping and food and (mostly) wheelchair accessible

We had a great stay here. There are two bedrooms and a nice size living room area. Our son uses a wheelchair and had little problem getting around. The only areas he needed help with were getting into the building (there is a small 2" step as you step in) and getting into the kitchen (it's too small for a wheelchair). Other than that both bedrooms were fine as was the bathroom. If you are used to getting around the rough sidewalks of New Orleans the local area will not present any challenges. Rob was great about getting back with us right away on questions and was helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do locally. The kitchen had all the basics that you could want (fridge, oven, range, microwave, toaster oven). Some nice things were the Brita water filter and a full set of plates, cups and other items. There is a washer and dryer on site which worked well. The weather was cool to warm and the heater/AC worked well. New Orleans downtown is about 15 minutes away, so that was great as well. We would definitely stay here again.

I fell in love with this city 45 years ago when I arrived at Tulane University as a freshman. Three years ago, I returned to New Orleans to reclaim it as my home. I spent ten years in New York working in the music industry, followed by twenty years in Los Angeles in the film and television industries. I was fortunate enough to graduate from Tulane University and fell in love with the food, the music, and the culture of The Crescent City.

Just two blocks from the beautiful sanctuary that is Audubon Park, a mile from Tulane University and yet just moments away from the wonder and excitement of the Garden District, Warehouse District's Restaurants & clubs, the French Quarter's venues and famous Frenchman St. Minutes to Tipitina's and the Maple Leaf. Why wouldn't I want to live here? Why wouldn't I want to share that with wonderful people looking for a wonderful place to stay?

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The home is a beautiful 115 year old Craftsman style house near Audubon Park and in MY favorite city. It's one of the safest neighborhoods in town. I live just above the two VRBO apartments that I have taken the time to beautifully renovate, improve and furnish so that I might share this magical city with friends, both new and old.
