Start your mornings with a sunrise on the water and the soothing sounds of nature. Spend the day lounging on the private dock, enjoying the breeze on the screened-in porch, or head out on the lake with our kayaks and paddle boat. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit, unwind in the hot tub, and take in the beauty of a star-filled sky.

Welcome to your lakeside escape perfect for any season! This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage sits directly on Jordan Lake with everything you need for an unforgettable getaway — whether you’re looking to relax by the water or dive into lake adventures.

This peaceful retreat is minutes from downtown where you can enjoy charming antique shops, a delicious bakery, and beach volleyball, bowling, and fun at Buddy’s on the Beach!

What You’ll Love:
•Private dock and rock beach area— perfect for swimming, fishing, launching the kayaks or paddleboat, or even birdwatching - including bald eagles!
•Spacious deck and screened in porch overlooking the lake — savor your morning coffee with the sunrise and make memories around the grill and outdoor dining space
•Hot tub — soak and relax after a day on the water. This feature is available year round!
•Fire pit — gather around for s’mores and stargazing in the brand new fire pit area (wood included!)
•Four Kayaks, paddle boat, life jackets, and beach towels provided — get right out on the lake!
•Open living area — enjoy the easy flow of the space with comfy seating, lake views, and plenty of natural light
•Laundry area with an extra shower and toilet (please note: this space is functional but unfinished)

The Space:
Inside, you’ll be delighted with three comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a full bath with tub, and a bright living space with a sleeper sofa complete with stunning lake views. You’ll also find a brand new TV, high speed WiFi, a variety of puzzles and games, as well as an electric fireplace to make cloudy days brighter. It’s the perfect blend of casual comfort and outdoor adventure.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the home, the private dock, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boat, and the firepit. The additional shower and toilet in the laundry area are available for your convenience.

Notes:

Second bathroom:
The second shower and toilet are located in an unfinished laundry area and are functional but not part of the main finished area.

Lake:
Michigan lakes differ during certain times of the year. We believe our lake is swimmable however, not everyone may believe so. This is a hard category for us to decipher for you.

Fishing:
Fishing poles are not provided
