With 1 parking. Short walk to John McLaren Park, 2nd largest park in Bay area. We (owners) live downstairs w/ a separate entrance & private space if you need help.



The Space:

We (owners) live on site but we are not sharing same entrance and space with you. However if you need help, we are here.

We accept pets for approval and fee of $30 per night per pet.

To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Pet is welcome for approval for $30 per night only. maximum one pet only. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companion!



Please note: For reservations cancelled within the property's applicable free cancellation period, a 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. This fee covers the payment processing costs associated with issuing the refund through our payment processing system. The remaining eligible refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy shown on the booking.
