Looking for a beach getaway that actually keeps the whole family entertained? You’ve found it. Our home isn’t just close to the ocean, it’s practically part of it. And while the waves are just steps away, the real magic happens right on the property.

Start with our private mini-golf course, a one-of-a-kind setup crafted from locally sourced vintage pieces. It’s not just fun, it’s a conversation starter, a sibling rivalry igniter, and a memory-maker. At night, string lights illuminate the course and cabana area, creating a cozy, glowing atmosphere perfect for evening play or laid-back hangs.

Beneath the house, you’ll find a tropical cabana paradise with wooden furniture, a custom ping pong table, and plenty of space to lounge or compete. We’ve got giant Connect Four and Jenga, perfect for sunset showdowns.

Inside, the game room is packed with arcade machines, foosball, air hockey, and a curated collection of board games for all ages. For quieter nights, we’ve stocked toddler-friendly books for story time and wind-down moments.

And when it’s time to recharge? Our 6-bedroom layout offers:

- Two king bedrooms, one connected to a bunk room, perfect for families with young kids

- Two queen bedrooms with desks for remote work or quiet time

- Two bunk rooms for kids, cousins, or late-night chats

The open-plan living area includes a dining table for ten, a fully stocked kitchen with a waffle maker station, and eight additional island stools for casual meals. Whether you're cooking in or dining out, you’ll have options.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire property, indoors and outdoors, including the game room, mini-golf course, cabana lounge, wraparound porch, and all living spaces.

The only exceptions are two small storage closets used by our cleaning team: one in the kitchen and one near the laundry room. These will be clearly marked and are off-limits during your stay.

Check-in is seamless with our digital smart lock. You’ll receive instructions ahead of time, so you can arrive and settle in without any hassle whether it’s midday or a moonlit arrival.

House Rules:

We ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you’d expect from others. This is a space built for joy, not for parties.

* Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM

* Driveway fits up to 5 vehicles—please do not park on neighboring properties

Check-in is easy with our digital smart lock, you’ll receive instructions before arrival.

Before you leave, we kindly ask:

* Dishes clean or loaded in the dishwasher

* Leave used beds unmade with towels on the floor

* Lock doors and close windows

* A light tidy-up is appreciated—nothing too complicated!

Being near the beach means sharing space with local wildlife, birds, mice, spiders, skunks, and the occasional insect. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to minimize indoor visits from curious critters.
