Our home is located in the exclusive College Park neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. We have a private dock available to lease. We are located in Lake Worth Beach, 1 block from the City of West Palm Beach city limit.

Home Layout:
On the left, east side of the house, the spacious master suite includes a sitting room with a loveseat sofa, reading nook and office workspace including a computer monitor and printer. Two queen beds for ultimate sleeping arrangement versatility. An ensuite glass enclosed, walk-in shower full bathroom along with a walk-in closet with ample clothing storage. Smart TV and chaise lounge.

On the right, west side of the house, are two additional bedrooms with a 2nd full bathroom in between. Smart TV in each bedroom.

Layout is a split floor plan, with the main living areas having sweeping views of the covered patio, pool, backyard and waterfront. Plenty of windows allowing bright light into the space. Large smart TV for family movie-time.

Our chef's kitchen includes a double oven, French door fridge, dishwasher, separate bar. You'll find a plethora of accessories: ceramic cookware, full set of gourmet knives, Keurig with a variety of pods to choose from, French press & drip coffee maker. Organic ground coffee provided, with all the fixins'. We have a kitchen pantry behind a sliding barn door stocked with shareable items - help yourself!

There is an oversized laundry room with front-loading washer & dryer, utility sink, full size ironing board, steamer, drying rack and laundry soaps.

Each bedroom has bath robes and luggage racks. Luxury bathroom soaps provided.
