Close to beaches and local attractions, it's your perfect coastal getaway!
Our home is located in the exclusive College Park neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. We have a private dock available to lease. We are located in Lake Worth Beach, 1 block from the City of West Palm Beach city limit.
Arrive by boat or by car. Plenty of driveway space for multiple vehicles. Two garage spaces available. Entire home water purification system & whole home back-up generator. Manicured Bermuda turf throughout front and backyard. Impact glass windows through-out and elegant, Mediterranean details.
Home Layout: On the left, east side of the house, the spacious master suite includes a sitting room with a loveseat sofa, reading nook and office workspace including a computer monitor and printer. Two queen beds for ultimate sleeping arrangement versatility. An ensuite glass enclosed, walk-in shower full bathroom along with a walk-in closet with ample clothing storage. Smart TV and chaise lounge.
On the right, west side of the house, are two additional bedrooms with a 2nd full bathroom in between. Smart TV in each bedroom.
Layout is a split floor plan, with the main living areas having sweeping views of the covered patio, pool, backyard and waterfront. Plenty of windows allowing bright light into the space. Large smart TV for family movie-time.
Our chef's kitchen includes a double oven, French door fridge, dishwasher, separate bar with stand-alone ice maker. You'll find a plethora of accessories: ceramic cookware, full set of gourmet knives, Keurig with a variety of pods to choose from, French press & drip coffee maker. Coffee beans provided, with all the fixins'. We have a kitchen pantry behind a sliding barn door stocked with shareable items - help yourself!
There is an oversized laundry room with front-loading washer & dryer, utility sink, full size ironing board, steamer, drying rack and laundry soaps.
Each bedroom has bath robes and luggage racks. Luxury bathroom soaps provided.

College Park is 1 city block outside of the West Palm Beach city limit. We are directly across the waterway from Palm Beach Proper. Our neighborhood is a quiet, walkable, bikeable residential. We are on the outskirts of the city, an easy commute to downtown, great restaurants & multiple beaches.

Dockside Dream has the best views on the street. We love the addition of the dock which allows guests with boats waterway access. Our open and split floorplan maximizes utility of the space for small groups to both gather together in main living areas and also have privacy in separated bedrooms.
