Two cozy bedrooms plus a bonus room make it perfect for families. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, grill out on the patio, or bike to Seagull Beach. Located on a quiet street, yet close to Hyannis, mini golf, dining, and ferries to the islands - your perfect Cape Cod escape!

Welcome to your Cape Cod home base—just a short stroll to Colonial Acres Beach and minutes from iconic Seagull Beach, Hyannis Harbor, and waterfront dining. Tucked away on a quiet residential street, this newly renovated home blends coastal charm with modern comfort, offering a relaxed and stylish stay for families or small groups.

Inside, you’ll find central AC, gleaming hardwood floors, and a bright open layout. The full kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave—perfect for prepping everything from casual breakfasts to sunset dinners. The cozy living room features a 58” Smart TV with Xfinity cable and a decorative (non-working) fireplace that adds ambiance.

A bonus den with a daybed provides a quiet nook for reading or napping, and includes in-unit laundry for added convenience. Step outside to unwind around the fire pit or enjoy a meal on the patio—Cape evenings are made for grilling and stargazing.

Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: Full bed + twin-over-twin bunk (sleeps 4)
- Bonus room: Daybed (sleeps 1)

You will find an outdoor storage shed with 4 beach chairs, one small sand chair, a beach umbrella, a beach caddy, and a cooler.

Ideal for families or two couples traveling together, this well-located home is your peaceful retreat close to beaches, bike paths, mini golf, and everything the Cape has to offer.

Guests have full access to the entire house, except for the owner’s closet located near the bathroom, which will remain locked.

The fireplace is decorative only and not working.

The most amazing stay! Communication with Andrei was very fast and informative! The place itself was very clean and located in the perfect spot! We were able to go to many different local towns and explore a lot of the beaches and restaurants. Andrei also thought of every little thing possible that you might need during your stay, that we didn’t even think of! Overall definitely recommend and we will be coming back!

We spend a lot of time in Yarmouth in the summer. Usually stay at hotels in the area near Seagull beach. We found this listing and decided to try it. So glad we did! I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for quite getaway in a great area fort walking, or likes having a very short drive to one of many beaches in the area. And Andrei, was great with communication etc.
