Haussmannian apartment - top floor

We are sorry that the elevator was not working when you arrived, and we completely understand that this may have been inconvenient, especially with luggage. However, this was an exceptional incident. In several years of renting the apartment, this is the first time we have experienced an issue with the elevator. It was also repaired very quickly after we were notified. We would also like to clarify a few points regarding the apartment. The elevator is indeed designed for 4 people, contrary to what is stated in your review. As for the staircase, it is a typical Parisian staircase, well maintained, with a window providing natural light on each floor. There is also only one apartment per floor, ensuring peace and privacy. We therefore regret that this temporary issue resulted in such a negative impression of your stay. We always do our best to ensure that our guests have a pleasant experience, and we hope these details help put the situation into perspective. Nevertheless, thank you for your feedback, as it also helps us remain attentive to the proper functioning of the apartment and its facilities.

Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear that you and your family thoroughly enjoyed your stay and that the apartment, its location, and its comfort helped make your Paris experience so enjoyable. Your satisfaction is our greatest reward. We also sincerely appreciate your kind words regarding our support and responsiveness before, during, and after your stay. It would be a true pleasure to welcome you back on your next visit to Paris. Thank you again for your trust, and we hope to see you again soon!

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed the apartment and had a smooth check-in. You’re welcome anytime!
