The house is beautiful with an open concept. The host welcome us with a nice gesture of fresh eggs from her own chicken coop. The sound machines at each bedroom was very useful for blocking the highway noises outside. We had a surprise none-guest under the pillow the first night but nothing that super mom and laughter can handled it. The setting near the pool area was great! We had the opportunity to create new memories with my family.

Roxanne’s home was immaculate! It was comfortable and spacious. All the details and comforts of home were there. The pool and backyard with basketball court and covered patio were so enjoyable! This was the first place I’ve rented in Puerto Rico with double doors (screen door and main door) with weather strips - no insect worries! Fresh eggs, horses, and the song of coqui can’t be beat. Central location for all your adventures. We hope to stay again & will recommend to all our friends & family!

We love staying at coqui town. Property has ample space and super comfortable beds. We had a blast. Special thanks to Roxanne she was super attentive and available made our trip a delight. We will definitely be recommending this to our friend and family. We really enjoyed the stay and our visit to Puerto Rico. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and welcoming! We were able to use the washer/dryer, had coffee available in house and beach supplies at the ready. Definitely recommend staying here for a family vacation!

Elegant and beautiful home, family friendly home, I personally enjoy the country living. Every single day I spend in the barn area with the chickens and roosters , swinging in the hammock. The pool was wonderful before and after a bz day. The host was so awesome. The Birthday Details were heart warming thank you sooo much for sharing your home with us.

Our family highly recommends this house! We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property! It was super clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. The house and pool are fantastic, and they had backup systems just in case.If you are super private and debating because they live upstairs, you will not notice them at all. They are very professional.When we did ask for help, Roxanne was amazing, lending us her item so we didn'thave to purchase one and sharing amazing fresh farm eggs. She even went beyond by helping us find quinceañera dress shops.Roxanne also arranged a horseback ride on their amazing horse. Her husband Oscar was so patient with my daughter (her first time even getting near a horse.) This was an experience our family will never forget. We left with full hearts and highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Arecibo!

We rented this property because it was close to the location of a family party. I have nothing negative to say about this place. It was everything it is in the listing and more! Once you step in, it’s so clean and you can tell it’s well maintained. Everything was thoughtfully decorated, minimal, but still cozy. We literally needed nothing more than what we had brought in our luggage. The kitchen had more than the basics as well as the bathroom. The pool was perfect size and depth, and the water was heated, which was really nice. The gazebo was also very comfortable. There is a bit of noise coming from the highway close by, but there are white noise machines in the rooms that are placed to drain it out. The washer and dryer are a plus as we were so happy to leave with clean clothes. The property was also close to everything, we visited a local beach that was so beautiful. Also lots of places to purchase food. The host lives upstairs, and is very responsive to all calls and messages. I loved this place so much I would stay here again and I will be referring it to all my friends and family as well.

The House matched exactly the description! 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, one bathroom and a beautiful open space kitchen. I'm very happy with the decor and the surrounding.The pool is astonishing, the water is clean, warm and the lights at night time on the patio and pool area makes the place look like a dream.I'm very satisfied of our 4 day stay there.The hosts were also very friendly, and they would give us fresh eggs from their garden for breakfastThis house made our stay in Peurto Rico worth it and smooth sailing!

The amenities were excellent, and our family truly loved the place. The location is ideal—situated near the center of the island—making it easy to reach either side within about an hour and fully explore and experience Puerto Rico. The house was very clean and comfortable; however, I would recommend a king-size bed for the master suite to make it even better.

The kitchen, bedrooms and laundry room was exceptional. Fresh eggs where left inside the refrigerator for us to use.The bedrooms where very spacious and very clean. Everything you would need when you are away from home was readily available. Compliments to the host. Roxanne the host was very welcoming, she made us feel at home. It was exactly as described. Great pool area!!! I would definitely recommend. Will be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. We especially loved the fresh chicken eggs and the relaxing ambience around the pool. Our family had an amazing stay here! The place is clean, spacious and modern, exactly as advertised. Fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The pool and outdoor area were a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the activities that Arecibo and surrounding areas have to offer. Roxanne was a wonderful host! The only thing worth noting is that the place is located near a highway, which can get loud (the bedrooms are equipped with both a fan and white noise machine). The noise wasn't an issue for our family, but light/sensitive sleepers might consider earplugs.Highly recommend this place, and we hope to have an opportunity to stay again!

The absolute best

The home was beautiful the host is a beautiful person with a beautiful family! She is extremely communicative! You will absolutely love your stay here! It truly is a beautiful oasis! I have a 1 and 3 year old and the pool has a nice platform which was perfect for them to play in. My husband and oldest were able to shoot some hoops while outside. Awesome speaker system both inside for movies and outside for just having a great time! The horses are beautiful and it was awesome to be able to ride and take photos with the horse! The property was perfect for a photo op! Truly the best bnb I’ve ever stayed in hands down!

Our honesty review..We all loved the Property. 5 stars!Pros:-The pool is awesome. It could use a sunshade to cool it down a bit, but it's still awesome.-The room sizes are huge with lots of closet space- The air conditioners did and amazing job against heat and humidity- The horses and chickens definitely gives it that island country vibe.- The host and their family. Truly a wonderful family. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming.Everything we wanted in a rental.Definitely a wonderful stay.Unfortunately, we had a few issues we didn't care for and to anyone reading this, PLEASE understand that the Cons are beyond the host control... but it's something you should be aware of.Cons:-The homes property is up against the highway and overpass. You can feel trucks shaking the home all day and night. Cars reving their engines while going through the overpass. It truely makes it hard to relax by the pool and forget about sleeping in. This is something we weren't expecting as NO one else has mentioned it in their reviews. (Note: The host does offer plenty on white noise machines to help)-The homes water pressure is very weak. Attempting to use the filtered water at the sink or fridge would take several mins to fill a cup. Shower pressure is also very weak. - No toilet paper down the toilet. This is out of our element and probably should be disclosed on the listing. (Note: Some parts of PR have a delicate plumbing system.)

It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we appreciate you taking the time to share both the highlights and your honest feedback. We also appreciate your understanding that the nearby highway and overpass are outside of our control. We know some guests are more sensitive to sound than others, which is why we provide white noise machines in the bedrooms to help create a more restful stay. Regarding the water pressure, during your visit our area experienced a municipal water interruption. Thankfully, our backup cistern ensured the home continued to have running water, although at reduced pressure. While this isn’t the normal experience, we’re grateful it allowed our guests to continue enjoying the home during an occasional island utility outage. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We truly enjoyed hosting you and wish you and your family all the best!

Amazing stay

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They live on the second floor and if we had any questions or needs, were very communicative and accessible through the app or text. The home is beautiful! Outside there is a beautiful mural and in the backyard you will find a paradise complete with heated pool, gazebo with seating area and lighting, beautiful trees such as avocado and more. There are chickens on sight and hosts left us fresh eggs and if we wanted more, this was available as well. Everything was stress free and complete with everything a family would need. Towels, shampoo, blankets, everything needed to cook, stay in or go out etc. were available to us. We went for a short stay to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday. The hosts decorated for him and provided local bakery items, snacks etc. The bedrooms are beautiful and for our family of 4, was the perfect size. The rules and expectations set in place were very reasonable and the information provided by the hosts included local attractions, restaurants etc and we utilized this so much, as this time visiting the island, we went a different route and explored the beautiful hidden treasures it possesses that even our family who have lived on the island for generations, did not know about. This made our tripSo special and one we will never forget. Some of our family visited us while there and the hosts were very kind and helpful when we had embarrassing car trouble and some hiccups.

I can’t say enough about this place. The communication with the host was excellent and always immediate. Once we arrived and walked in we were impressed with the home and the accommodations. We felt like we were at home. Had everything we needed and more! Roxanne and Oscar were a pleasure to meet and they treated us like old friends. The location was exactly what I was looking for since I wanted to enjoy the northwest part of the island. Their recommendations for restaurants and sights were on point! A lovely family and home away from home.
