This modern 3-bedroom home offers a lush, fenced backyard with BBQ, patio furnishings, and a mature orange tree. Perfect for families or professionals, it’s dog-friendly and provides a peaceful escape surrounded by mountains and vineyards. With easy access to Downtown SLO, hiking, parks, a public pool, and local attractions, it blends comfort, convenience, and a tranquil setting.
