DISCLOSURE: Weā€™re thrilled to welcome you to our coastal retreat! To keep you informed, there is new home construction happening next door, which might bring some daytime sounds of progress. To make your stay even sweeter, weā€™ve reduced our rates to thank you for your understanding.

Located across the street from the Avila Golf Resort, the home offers open concept living, coastal and hillside views. Avila Amore is designed with open living space in mind. The natural sunlight pours into the main living area and two sliding doors in the living room open to create a comfortable cross-breeze. The kitchen amenities include quartz stone slab countertops, and Thermador stainless steel appliances. Fine Room & Board modern furnishings throughout.

Also at the main level is a bedroom. The first bedroom on the main level has a comfy over-sized queen, memory-foam sleeper sofa (5" inches). There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination accessible to the bedroom just off the hallway.

Up a flight of stairs to a jr. suite and large master suite. The jr. suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Also on the second level is a grand master suite. The master suite has a king bed and roomy ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double-sink vanity, soaking tub and roomy walk-in shower. Just off the master suite is another balcony with a glimpse of ocean and pier views. Open the sliding door to hear the sound of rolling waves and feel the gentle ocean breeze against your skin. The start to a perfect beach morning.

Bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep and and entertaining. Propane grill located off the kitchen balcony. There is oak hardwood flooring throughout the home. Furnishings are from Room & Board with a light, airy beachy color pallet. There is a two car garage, plus driveway parking for 2 more autos. There is a Tesla wall charger (guest to provide adapters, as needed).

You will enter the home from a private drive (Beach Colony Drive) and this road leads to the beach and downtown area. The better picturesque views are on the backside of the house. With the private road below the balconies there is minimal pedestrian and auto noise in comparison to other Avila Beach locations.

- Minimum night stays based on seasonality.
- Max occupancy is 6. Pets are not allowed.
- Max 4 autos on property (2 in garage, 2 driveway)
- Home has Smart Tvs. There is no cable channel lineup. Guest are to use personal login for their favorite entertainment apps (ie, Netflix, YouTube TV)

7SVR properties utilize exterior security cameras for the protection of the property and safety of our homeowners, employees and guests.

NOTICE: Please be aware that there is ongoing construction near the corner of Avila Beach Drive and San Miguel. While it may not occur daily, occasional construction activity could take place during your stay.

Great place!

Only thing that was not communicated correctly was the parking situation. They said there were only 2 spots but there were more than that so frustrating when we could have taken one more car. Also there was plenty of street parking that was not noted accurately either. Other than that great little place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Avila Beach vacation rental. The proximity to the beach was fantasticā€”just a short stroll and youā€™re right on the sand. It was also easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, and cafĆ©s, making it convenient to grab a bite or enjoy a cup of coffee without ever needing to drive. Mission Pizza and the Custom House are must-tries, and thereā€™s a cozy local coffee shop nearby for your morning caffeine fix. Inside, the home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortableā€”everyone in our group slept great after long days of exploring. We appreciated the overall layout and thoughtful amenities; the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and taking a hot shower after a day at the beach was a real treat. We only experienced one minor issue: the sink in the master bathroom was a bit slow to drain. However, this didnā€™t affect our overall stay and was easily outweighed by the homeā€™s many positives. Between the excellent location and the welcoming, tidy space, weā€™d definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Avila Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Amore Avila! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the 3rd bedroom. We saw 3 bedrooms and assumed (our fault) that it was 3 beds. It showed in the pictures a couch, which we should have realized. But it was not a great bed for our 2 teenagers that didn't want to share a bed to begin with. Also to note, if you park in the garage there are a lot of stairs to make it up to the bedrooms. And the shower in one room is a deep tub/shower, so if mobility is an issue, this might not be the place for you. But overall it was a great place and we would stay again, just with 4 people or a blow up to use instead of the pull out couch.

If you need groceries, get them ahead in SLO or Pismo Beach (or use a delivery service).

And whats the reason for not having three beds in a three bedroom house. The house was clean. Don't think we'll be staying here again.

Very Nice Property.

Avila beach never disappoints and this property did not either. If you have a service dog, they will ask you, what kind of service dog they are and what they are trained to do. They will also monitor you coming in and out. There are cameras everywhere. I was asked how many people were staying there because the owner said "the door opening and closing" suggested we had more than 6 people in the home. None the less, the property is as described and very comfortable and clean.

Great location in downtown Avila

We stayed for a week in Avila with three kids ages 3-5 and the condo was great for our stay given proximity to beach, Avila Barn and downtown SLO. A few notes for families with small kids: the living room space is not that big so three little kids felt cramped at times when playing puzzles/toys on the floor. If you're adults or bigger kids this isn't likely an issue. Also, the master bedroom gets a lot of direct sun in the afternoon and there are no blackout shades which made nap time in that room impossible. Again, not an issue for bigger kids/adults. The home has soft water (this is common for all the houses in the area) but if you're sensitive to the taste bring some bottles/jugs of water for drinking. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and basic seasonings. There was shampoo/conditioner in the baths which was appreciated. Thanks for the stay!
