✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home, excluding the RV garage. There is ample room for fun, with a pool, outdoor kitchen, and game room.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with complimentary basics to get you started, including toiletries, seasonings and spices, and a roll of paper towel.

✹ PARKING: Three+ parking spaces are available on the long, flat driveway for easy parking.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home and several laptop-friendly spaces for remote work, both inside and out.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, and plenty of family-friendly entertainment options.

✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. This home is exempt from hosting guests with service and emotional support animals. Thank you for understanding.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you the day before your arrival date.

✹ Guests must be 29 years of age or older to book this property, in line with our insurance policy. We may require the primary booker’s ID.

✹ RENTER AGREEMENT – Please note that we require the primary guest to sign the property renter agreement. This will be sent to you electronically.

✹ Please read the guest rules carefully to ensure this property is the right fit for your needs – we have strict no partying and no pet rules.

✹ Optional pool heating is available for a daily fee. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to heat the pool. Complimentary spa heating is included in your booking.

✹ Daily rates are based on 6 guests. There is a fee for each additional guest over 6, up to a total of 8 guests. Please book for the correct total number of guests who will be staying at the property.

✹ ADDITIONAL FEES - We keep things flexible, so you only pay for what you need. Here are a few common extras:
✔ Early Check-In: $50/hour
✔ Late Check-Out: $50/hour
✔ Pool Heating: $125/day
✔ Extra Guest Fee: $25 per person per night after 6 guests – Just to cover the added utilities and supplies.
✔ Security Deposit: $1,500 (processed as a hold on the guest’s credit card by a 3rd party processing company)
