West Maui Welcomes You Back! Our communities of Ka'anapali, Honokowai, Kahana, Napili and Kapalua; we all welcome you. Please have compassion and malama (care for) the island during your visit. Please stay away from Lahaina Town while it heals and rebuilds.

Welcome to Kulakane 209. our slice of paradise. Here you will have unlimited views of spectacular sunsets framed by views of Lanai' and Molokai'. See turtles and dolphins feeding and playing in the reefs in front of the complex, and whales breach, during their season, on your private double size (152 sq. ft.) lanai. We have direct ocean access for snorkeling and swimming (depending on the weather and tide conditions) along with a quiet pool and many lounge chairs. A small beach is just feet away to the left.

Ceiling fans are located in the bedroom and living room to help the trade winds keep you cool. There are two gas BBQ's available for your use. Free off street parking is provided as well as all the linens and towels, including beach towels. There is a beautiful laundry room located near the office (which has a great free lending library in case you forgot your book.)

Each sunset, the sun is wished a speedy return with a traditional blowing of conch shells on our seawall. Every Friday, there is a no host "pupu" party by the pool where guests mingle and share favorite adventures and swap recommendations for dining, beaches and the other great Maui activities.

Once you stay at Kulakane, you will return many times.

NOTE: the presence of a small beach directly in front of the property depends upon multiple weather and tide conditions and, thus, cannot be guaranteed year-round.

We will definitely be back to the Kulakane. It was incredible. Snorkeling, swimming, coffee and store in walking distance. Food trucks meet by. Located in between Napili and whalers village. We absolutely loved this place. The condo had everything we needed!!

Saw lots of whales in the distance while sitting out front.

Great place to enjoy Maui

The view is amazing. You are on the shoreline. Sunsets are the best from here. Room was very clean, and had everything we needed. There is no AC, but ceiling fans and breeze from ocean made room comfortable. Large deck to enjoy dinners and lounging. No barbeque on deck. Would have liked that. No washer and dryer in unit. Would like that, especially if staying longer. The unit was cute, some would say, "out dated", but we didn't mind. Cleaners used a spray, like febreeze, I didn't enjoy. Aired out room to get rid of smell.

I am happy to be living in paradise and I live on the property that I manage. When guests book any of our condos, I will be here to greet you personally. I am a mother of 2, grandmother of 7 and Great grandmother of 2 and I adore my family! I encourage them to come see me as often as possible as they all live on the main land. What a place to come visit Grammie and Grandpa, right?

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

There are so many little shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condos. There are also food trucks just down the street from here across from the Times Supermarket, which is less than a mile from the condos. Guests go get their take out food and come back and eat on their lanai's and watch for turtles. Honokowai is a very nice little neighborhood between Ka'anapali and Kahana.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are a small 42 condo complex directly ocean front. Every condo has the same amazing view. You can see Honu (sea turtles) in the surf out front every day and during the whale season, you can watch those play all day as well. We have a Pupu (appetizers, potluck style) party every Friday night at sunset. Hawaiian tradition is to blow the conch shells at sunset every evening to each point on the compass. We do that every evening. It's a very friendly homey kind of place that I think you'll love.
