This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located right on the beach within walking to distance to all the shops and restaurants. It is on the 2nd floor of Clearwater and has enough room for up to eight guests.

Disappointed

There was so much broken, a broken table crammed behind the TV, broken blinds in the bedroom, broken seals on toilets where you constantly smelled odors, broken drains in showers, broken lamp. The unit should not have been rented if this much was broken. Maintenance came in twice during our stay preventing us from going to the beach because I couldn’t leave my older.child alone in there. I was waiting on a call back from property manager before I posted it but surprisingly, I haven’t heard back. Only positive is that it’s directly on the beach.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and didn't work right. The refrigerator was too small. The TV’s in the bedrooms were from the ’90s and the living room TV was a pain to turn on. There were no spatulas or cookie sheets. The front door was damn near impossible to open with a key and some light sockets didn't work. I concluded that this condo was no more than a cash cow! I will not be staying here again!

Great location, condo was just ok, association was hard to deal with

Our experience with Brett/Robinson property management was great and they were very helpful and accommodating. The condo was in decent shape but could use some updates on things like paint, sheetrock, beds (uncomfortable), blinds for balcony would not open, Wi-Fi, tv's, etc. The air in the back bedroom (master) would not work the whole stay. It was nice and cool everywhere else but our room. One annoying problem was that we got a notice on our car from the condo association, who would not let us park in the designated spot for our condo because they were for owners only (even though the owners can't be there while we are). So I guess they just want all of those spots under the building to be empty. I felt that was kind of petty, but whatever. I am giving this condo 3 stars because it is in an awesome location right on the beach and had a great view.

Brittney: I am pleased that you enjoyed the great view and very convenient location here at the condo. We love staying here ourselves and relaxing on the balcony too. The condo is always being updated and maintained and we will certainly include those items on our list. I am not sure about the parking stipulations and am sorry if the notice upset you. Overall a fun trip!

We requested a few items replaced that didnt work in the condo the 1st day and it never happened.

Definitely meemaw's condo

When we arrived there were blowers by the balcony doors. The carpet probably got wet. But the next day, we went to the beach and came back and the blowers were gone. Someone came in when we weren't there. I don't think that's allowed. Anyway, the carpet throughout was filthy. Floors were sandy and everything was really, really old. Like the owners went to the thrift store to decorate the place. But I should have read the reviews, it was there.

Excellent Value

Condo was not plush, but was clean, quiet, right on the beach, and priced reasonably. There were extra towels, and even blankets in the closet.

Great location with grandmother’s furnishings

This is a great location with a cozy condo building. Perfect for last minute beach trip . First priority this ( quick last minute ) trip was beach side, with a kitchen, good price , basic furnishings-no frills acceptable.... and this condo is that . Styled with old pictures from grandma, old TVs , sofas , and table /chairs ( nothing beach looking , BUT functional ... we had a great trip right on the beach ( direct access) and cooked all meals with family ! In this case ACCESS is everything ..... like staying with your grandparents House at the beach!!!!

Better than thought.

All was good could use a little upgrade but for the most part everything was fine. Condo was larger than I thought. Most everything was convenient as far as location.

Great location! We will be back.

Great value, you get what you pay for, I didn’t pay for luxury and I didn’t expect it. However I was very pleased overall with the condo and will come back. It was well worth what we paid. That being said there were some things that need to be improved. The listing doesn’t specify the size of the bed in the second bedroom, in the pictures it looks like a queen-it’s not. It is extremely soft, both my husband and I felt like we were falling out. The dining table is against the wall and only has four chairs, not six as stated. All three TVs are CRT, not a big deal I’m not at the beach to watch TV, but it’s obviously not HD. The kitchen was well equipped, except for bowls the ones there are very shallow, not for cereal, no big deal. If you want to use the charcoal grills by the pool I would advise you to bring grill pans/trays. As I stated in the beginning none of these small issues are terrible, overall it was a great condo, just want everyone to know what to really expect.

Nice location

Overall our stay was good. We liked the location of the property. It was smaller than we had anticipated for the amount of people we had (4 adults and 2 small children) the kitchen furniture and balcony furniture were lacking. The balcony furniture only included 4 chairs, one of which was broken and unusable and the table was being used as a plant stand. There were 2 coffee pots but the toaster barely worked and there were no pans to cook frozen pizzas/cookies/chicken nuggets on. And the only skillet that was there was halfway broken... also a mirror in the front bedroom as another place for someone to get ready would have been nice. So with a little updating on that part I would say that the stay was great. All in all we loved the location, the room and pool were clean and the beach was very nice.
