It is also an ideal location for easy access to I4 from Highway 27. I4 is the road that takes you west to the Tampa area beaches, and east to Disney World and the shopping outlets, to Universal and Seaworld as well as to Daytona. Exit I4 at Lake Buena Vista and you are at the entrance to Disney Springs (approx. 15 miles). Highway 27 south takes you to LEGOLAND!

Just outside of the entrance into the community is a Walmart and Dollar Tree for household staples  as well as local shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
