Say hello to the gulf! There is a tile floor with a rug as you enter, and a mural on the hallway wall. The bedroom has wood grain vinyl flooring and a king wicker bed with floral bedding. On each side of the bed, a nightstand with a lamp, and there is a dresser with a mirror. A second dresser is included, and a flat screen TV hangs on one wall. The bath has floral wallpaper and a shower/tub. A rattan and glass table sits in the dining area, with four matching chairs. In the kitchen, two matching stools at the bar, with white counter tops and appliances, and ivory textured wallpaper. The living room features wood grain vinyl flooring and a wicker sofa with a floral pattern, and a matching chair and ottoman. There is also a mauve rattan recliner and wicker and glass tables and lamps. There is a new glass top TV cabinet, flat screen TV and a VCR player. A baker's rack with curios adds a personal touch. *Please note: Phoenix East II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
