This one level property is truly a relaxing retreat while in Moab! The three bedrooms (king, king, and two twin beds) each have a television in the room. The master bedroom has an attached private bathroom with a spacious shower. The two additional rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab Car Show.

The walled patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

The townhome is equipped with Wireless internet and all televisions have cable.

Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Manager is on premises.

2025 Hot Tub and Pool Schedule
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule: OPEN
Hot Tub Hours: 10 am-10 pm daily when open/weather permitting

2025 POOL Schedule: OPEN
Pool Hours: 10 am -10 pm daily when open/weather permitting
The pool closes typically at the end of Oct through April and reopens mid-April (depending on the weather)

**Pool and hot tub are open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF the weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to inclement weather.
