These vacation rentals are located in a downtown historic landmark building located just 450 feet from the famous Santa Fe Plaza. These are split-level homes located upstairs from the well-known local store Doodlet's and across the street from world-renowned businesses such as Cafe Pasqual's, Market Steer Steakhouse (Hotel St. Francis), and Coyote Cantina and Cafe.

Originally built in the early 1870s, this was a very significant building that was transformed first into a hotel in order to attract guests traveling through Santa Fe on the new western railroad. This building sits within Santa Fe's Historic District and has had a multitude of prior uses such as a hotel, laundromat, and cobbler's shop. It has since been renovated into retail on the ground floor and residential on the second and third floors.

This amazing unit is located in downtown Santa Fe, and therefore some basic street noise can be expected, but we do have white noise applications on the televisions if needed. There is one free parking pass provided that gives you parking access in the lot just across the street.
