Tucked between St. Peters Bay and rolling farmland, our classic three-bedroom PEI farmhouse blends timeless charm with modern comforts. Situated on the north shore, just two minutes from Greenwich Beach National Park, this peaceful rural retreat offers privacy, tranquility, and stunning natural beauty.

The main floor features a spacious sunroom overlooking the water—perfect for meals and family gatherings. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, and laundry facilities are located in the main bathroom. Multiple cozy seating areas invite you to relax with loved ones or enjoy a quiet afternoon with a book. Outside, you’ll find a playground for the kids, a large private deck, and a grand fire pit crafted from Island sandstone—ideal for evenings around the campfire.

Upstairs are three bright bedrooms: two with queen beds, and a third with a full bed plus two twins. Each room offers lovely views of the surrounding shade trees, expansive yard, farmland, and bay.

Just down the road, Greenwich National Park’s beach beckons, with scenic hiking trails and the famous floating boardwalk leading to the shore. Another must-see is Singing Sands Beach at Basin Head Provincial Park. Several other beaches and parks are within easy reach, along with the renowned Links at Crowbush Golf Course. The nearby village of St. Peters offers dining, shops, and theatre at St. Peters Landing, while King’s Playhouse Theatre in Georgetown is a scenic half-hour drive away.
