Guests can enjoy easy, self-check-in with a secure smart lock system. A personalized access code will be sent before your arrival for a smooth and contactless entry experience. You’ll have full access to the entire unit, including the living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. On-site parking is available, and street parking may also be used if needed.

This cozy and well-appointed unit is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or a small group of up to three guests. The bedroom offers a comfortable bed and ample closet space, while the living area includes a sofa or additional sleeping option. The bathroom is clean and stocked with fresh towels and essentials. -Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
