This 2-story townhome has been completely updated and comes fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The home features a community swimming pool and an assigned covered parking. Plenty of free additional parking is available on the street. We support equality!

The neighborhood features tree-lined streets, local parks, and a friendly community feel. Just a short drive away, you’ll find popular dining spots, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping centers. With easy access to major roads like I-17 and Camelback Road, getting around the city is simple—whether you're headed downtown, to the airport, or exploring hiking trails in the nearby mountains.
Guests can enjoy easy, self-check-in with a secure smart lock system. A personalized access code will be sent before your arrival for a smooth and contactless entry experience. You’ll have full access to the entire unit, including the living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. On-site parking is available, and street parking may also be used if needed.
This cozy and well-appointed unit is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or a small group of up to three guests. The bedroom offers a comfortable bed and ample closet space, while the living area includes a sofa or additional sleeping option. The bathroom is clean and stocked with fresh towels and essentials. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TV. The home is conveniently located near major roads like I-17 and Camelback Road, making it easy to get around the Phoenix metro area. Several Valley Metro bus stops are within walking distance, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Whether you're heading to downtown Phoenix, local shopping centers, or nearby parks, getting around is quick and hassle-free.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
