We make sure that the bedroom is relaxing, calming, and perfect for creating a stress-free atmosphere for getting a full 8 hours of sleep on your peaceful vacation.

When you wake up the next morning, you might be thinking — what should we do today? After a lazy start of making a cup of coffee in the keurig., sitting out on the private deck and watching the sunrise, making breakfast with the stainless steel stove, and sitting at the kitchen counter, dining room table, or outdoor deck seats to eat your breakfast, you can begin to make plans for the upcoming day.

Luckily for you and your friends, there is SO much to do in Panama City Beach! One of the top attractions for vacationers in the PCB area is to go on a dolphin sunset cruise. If you want to rekindle the romance between you and your partner, or just get great photo opportunities, taking a sunset cruise with a local sailing company can be the best way to see the sunset, get a different POV of the downtown area, and see local wildlife in nature.

We also think that making time to go to a beach bonfire is a great way to have a few drinks, bond with one another, and share stories. Although you may have already been on the beach all day long, staying on the white sand beaches and watching the sunset as you have a bonfire, make s'mores, and curl up with your loved one is the best way to end the day.

Lastly, there are dozens of mouthwatering restaurants in the Panama City Beach area that are perfect for romantic evenings, casual dinners, and kid-friendly atmosphere. One of our favorites is The Wicked Wheel, the home of fried chicken and New Orleans style catfish in Panama City Beach. This casual spot is great for a relaxing lunch or a filling dinner. We recommend getting the garlic cheese curds with marinara sauce or the Talladega tots with blue cheese sauce and chopped bacon to split with the table. For an entrée, you can't go wrong with the country fried sirloin with your choice of gravy, the chicken, and waffles with Belgian waffles and maple syrup, or the bacon cheesy burnout burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. End the night in the best way possible by ordering a strong cocktail, splitting a limoncello cake with raspberry drizzle, or getting one of the numerous on-tap beers, like the Wicked Ale, Hooter Brown, or 30A Beach Blonde!

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
