Shores of Panama 412 is a fantastically upgraded one-bedroom (plus bunk room), two bathroom condominium at Shores of Panama Resort, and is the perfect choice for enjoying "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches!" Complete with a private parking space, the condo is stylish and beachy with comfy furnishings throughout. One of the best features of this layout is the impressive balcony that stretches from one side of the condo to the other, boasting absolutely magnificent views of the beach and tropically landscaped pools. This is an ideal vacation rental for couples and small families, with sleeping room for up to 6 people.
The open plan living, dining, and kitchen is a bright, airy space where you can kick back and make yourself right at home. Enjoy the 40-inch HD TV with Roku for access to your favorite streaming shows! The kitchen features granite countertops and offers all major appliances, including a BRAND NEW fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, plus everything you could possibly need for cooking and preparing meals and snacks.
If you need to do some laundry while you are here, there is a full size washer/dryer for maximum convenience and efficiency. The master bedroom looks out to the gulf and offers a king-sized bed with luxurious linens, a flat screen TV, plus a private bathroom with shower/tub combo and vanity area. The second bedroom offers bunk beds with memory foam mattresses and our signature soft linens, and is a separate room with a door - great for kids who need to go to sleep earlier so the grown-ups can enjoy movie night or cocktails on the balcony.
A second full bathroom also provides a tub/shower combo. If needed, the comfy sofa pulls out to a full-size bed with a mattress pad and linens for a great night's sleep. If you want to avoid the elevators, then you're just 4 flights up, which is a huge plus during peak times!

The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.
Important things to know
*Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
**Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.
Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.
This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
