Ellen, Thank you for taking time to share your experience staying in this Woodbridge condo. It is a very convenient location for enjoying all that Snowmass has to offer at a a great price. The third floor location does offer some incredible views but unfortunately like most buildings in this area, does not have an elevator for easier access. The laundry facility is located at the pool and hot tub, just 300 yards away from the condo. We do recommend to enjoy some time relaxing at this lovely outdoor space while doing laundry if it is needed during your visit. Kim and Kim iTrip Vacations Aspen Snowmass

Elizabeth, Thank you for taking time to review your stay. We are happy to hear you found the location to be convenient and despite the construction found it easy to access the village area with ease. We pride ourselves on our amazing housekeeping team and are disappointed to hear about the spotted sheets. We would have happily come up and changed out the linens for you had you mentioned this when we checked in with you. We will certainly note the smell and be sure to really check for this next inspection. We are very eager to assist, as you mentioned, as it is very important to us that our guests have a wonderful experience. Kim and Kim iTrip Vacations Aspen Snowmass
