This newly constructed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home was designed with comfort, accessibility, and elevated coastal living in mind. With an elevator for easy access to every floor, the layout is ideal for multigenerational families, couples, or groups of friends.

Wake up to the sound of waves in the downstairs master suite, and let your guests spread out upstairs in two beautifully appointed bedrooms—each with two queen beds—and a second master featuring a private balcony overlooking the ocean.

The gourmet kitchen is a showstopper with sage green custom cabinetry, brass accents, and a large island perfect for gathering. Curl up by the modern fireplace in the open-concept living room or head to the game room, fully stocked with books, games, and activities for all ages.

Step outside onto the expansive deck where a private beach path leads you to the sand. We’ve stocked the home with everything you need for the ultimate beach vacation:

From sunrise coffee to starlit nights, this is a home built for making memories—whether you`re reading in a quiet corner or biking to the pier.

This is a private residence, and during your stay, the entire home is exclusively yours. You’ll enjoy full access to all indoor and outdoor spaces—no shared areas, no interruptions. Whether you`re relaxing inside or soaking up the ocean views you`ll have complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

Additional Services & Policies

We want to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! The following services are available for an additional fee:

Early Check-In: If available, early check-in can be arranged for a $45 fee. Please contact the host to check availability.

Pet Policy: This is not a pet friendly property

Trash & Recycling Pickup: Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. No need to worry about taking the bins to the curb—we have someone who will handle that for you and return the cans after collection. We just ask that you place any bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins before pickup day.

Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays longer than 28 days, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. This ensures the home remains fresh and well-maintained for your extended stay.


Beach Equipment: There are beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, kayaks, boogie boards and paddle boards

Baby Equipment: Need a crib, stroller, or high chair? Baby equipment can be delivered upon request with additional cost. Let us know in advance to arrange delivery.

Supplier may vary and pricing is between $6-10/ day depending on equipment and with an additional delivery charge

Grocery Delivery: Arrive to a fully stocked kitchen! Grocery delivery is available—just let us know your preferences.

Event Planning: Celebrating a special occasion? We can assist with event planning to make your stay even more memorable.

Dining Recommendations: Looking for the best local eats? We’re happy to share our favorite restaurants and must-try spots.

To finalize your reservation and receive your check-in instructions, the following must be completed:

Photo ID Submission
A valid government-issued ID is required from the primary guest.

Rental Agreement Signature
A short rental agreement must be signed electronically prior to check-in.

Security Deposit or Damage Coverage Selection
You may choose one of the following options:

A fully refundable security deposit (authorization only, no funds withdrawn) which is released within 7 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.

A damage protection policy that covers accidental damage during your stay.

Check-in details will only be released once all steps are completed. These measures help us provide a safe and secure experience for all guests.
