The third level features a bright, open-concept living room, dining area, and custom chef’s kitchen — all framed by breathtaking ocean views. The kitchen includes granite countertops, high-end finishes, a wine fridge, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Vaulted ceilings and skylights create an airy coastal feel, while the motorized skylight shade in the top-floor primary suite makes stargazing effortless. Floor to ceiling windows continue into the master bedroom ensuring that you have amazing views without even leaving your bed. A large, modern bathroom is located right off of the master bedroom with high-end features and a large walk-in shower. In the living room, the sectional couch includes a pull-out sleeper sofa offering an alternative sleeping spot if needed.
