I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental. It didnt take long after arriving to know i made the right choice. The location and layout of the property (inside & out) was perfect. The home was comfortable and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring all Daytona and Port Orange has to offer. Margareta was welcoming and made check-in a breeze, answering all of my questions and ensuring we felt right at home. Will return again!

Everything was amazing with this property. Everything was as described and we had everything we needed and more. The location was amazing and perfect for our commute to Daytona Speedway and also for our relaxing downtime. I wish that we had stayed here the last few times in Daytona. The owner had great communication. Will for sure stay here again!!!

This was a beautiful property, inside and out. Spacious and clean interior with all that you might need. Outside was beautifully landscaped and pretty. Walking distance to the beach. The owner responded quickly when we needed anything. We would stay again.

This stay was an excellent stay! The host went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! She check on us every day to make sure we didn’t need anything! The house is just like the picture! Great location couple of steps to the beach! I will definitely stay again!

Graduation vacation

We loved our stay and hope to visit again. Very clean and nice home. Kitchen was well stocked. The yard was also beautiful and loved the front porch swing. The host is very kind and thoughtful.

Amazing!

This house was everything we needed for our trip! Perfect size for our group! Convenient location and cute neighborhood. The house was gated and gave us peace of mind that random strangers wouldn’t be walking up into the yard. The yard was beautiful with a cute little back area for sitting. There was also a cute little outside shower to use to wash your feet off before coming in the house. Our host was amazing and helpful! We are very pleased!!

I almost didn't leave a review as we did not finish out our stay.1st the issues I had with the home, won't be issues for everyone, the owner was quite nice & very fair in helping us cancel our reservation after arriving. However, cancelling our week long stay & finding new accommodations weren't in our plans & I imagine they aren't in others either.This IS a stand alone home, on a large lot, located in a safe area, practically right across from the beach. The owner has taken efforts w/ the property, has a beautiful yard w/various flowers, bushes, fruit trees & other treasures. She is at least, on site daily, from my understanding to water the areas the sprinkler system doesn't reach.The home itself is much as listed, 3 br, 2 ba, full kitchen w washer dryer. However, the back areas of the home have been blocked off & repurposed. The owner said it was an office area that she occasionally uses overnight, but does not live there. She had stayed the night we arrived, because we arrived late night/early AM. The front door is the only entrance/exit to & from the home. All of the back areas & doors have been blocked & have signs that say no exit, that the doors do not open. Some of the doors are visible in the listing, without these signs on them, & some of them are open so I presume the pics shown were taken before it was changed. The thermostat to control part of the AC is in the other part of the home. We were w/out AC our 1st night. It was clean enough, but the bathrooms weren't

Perfect spot

This home was a great spot for us. The homeowner resides on the property and was very responsive to every request and question. The location is perfect with walking to the beach and great places nearby. I hope to return and do even more exploring.

Nice location

There was six adults in our party, house was very clean and roomy. Plenty of parking we had 2 trucks and 2 trailers and 3 bikes. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again if possible.

Great House

House is just as described. Lots of room, beautiful yard, property is gated. Fantastic location and close to almost anything you may need. Very short walk across the road to get to the beach. Owner lives near by and was very easy to work with and very accommodating with check-in.We will be back!

Nice house close to beach

It was a cozy home with mostly updated features and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very close to the beach and walkable restaurants. The layout with areas blocked off was different, but maybe some construction for expansion was happening. Great yard as well. Highly recommend.

Amazing

This was one of the best vacations my family has had. The house was amazing. Right across from the beach. The host was wonderful could not have ask for anything better. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be going back again next year.

Clean & cozy

Home was clean and in a great location. Had no problems with check in, a few minor maintenance on the gate needed and would have been nice to have a little more bedding available but overall our stay was good. Would recommend.

We loved that the unit had a yard our kids could play in, that there was a washer and dryer in the house and a gated yard! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place!

The house was a good size for our family of four. It is also a close distance to the beach access stairs. There are spaces to park (probably around 12-15) which I highly recommend instead of trying to cross busy A1A. When we got there we found out our coffeemaker pot was cracked and I notified the owner just to let her know what I found. Since she lives on property she replaced the coffeemaker when she saw we left for dinner. It was right there in the kitchen when we got back. Very good customer service! We did not use the grill as we had no inside access to the backyard but we sat out on the front porch every morning and had our coffee. It was very nice and relaxing. We saw (and met) the owner a few times and she was very nice and helpful. There were helpful notes inside the house on what to do during your stay, and preparing to check out. The doors we did not have access to were labeled clearly as well. It made everything quite easy! Great getaway!

First time in Florida and using VRBO. Great experience!

We could not of asked for any better location, communication, or amenities. Easy to book and communication was excellent with the home owner. The house has a large gated and fenced in yard which is wonderful with smaller kids. Also, helped us to feel safe while on vacation. We will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Great Home

I’m very happy with our stay here. Property manager was quick to reply to my questions and very reassuring. Safe neighborhood. Great location. And, I appreciate having a home away from home especially when traveling with kids. The home had kitchenware and some pantry items already. Linens were supplied too. Huge yard for entertainment with roomy inside. Very happy and will return in future. Thank you!

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay! We flew in, so it was really nice that the house had all the extras you need! We loved the large, private outside space also! Very close to the beach, all the shopping you need & several places to eat. Would definitely stay again if we plan another Daytona trip!
