Wonderful apartment near parks and the bay

Really enjoyed my stay in this wonderful apartment. Had all the necessities and the hosts were all fast to respond to questions . Would recommend to anyone but you do need a car .

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood

The property is a fabulous home with all amenities . The view of the bay and the parks surrounding made my stay extra special and I even extended my time in the unit

Great Place

I enjoyed my stay - the place is modern, roomy, well appointed, and has great views (some of the best in the Bay Area). There are also some very nice parks in the area, all with views. You are a bit removed from the city but there is an express MUNI bus service to get downtown easily. The owners were very responsive to any request. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful Condo for Long Term Stay in SF

I stayed here for three months during a work contract at UCSF and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The condo was beautiful and just as advertised with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The locked parking garage with a designated parking spot was especially nice as someone who had my car and drove frequently. Loved the Bay and city skyline views from the condo, they are absolutely stunning. It's a quiet neighborhood a little out of the city, but very close to both I-280 and the 101 and easy access into the city. David was very helpful and easy to contact during my stay as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here! :)

Excellent option for SF long-term stay!!

The apartment itself is simply great/new and very clean with all the furniture, appliances, and amenities you could need (e.g. fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher). The place is set up so well that the only thing you would need to buy are groceries! I stayed here for a little more than two months for work, and it was an excellent choice that felt almost like home. David was incredibly easy to communicate with and quickly resolved the few minor issues I experienced. He also helped me with a late checkout, so that I could conveniently catch a redeye flight. I do want to point out that the apartment/neighborhood is somewhat far out from the rest of the city and downtown, but public transport was easy to use with a couple Muni bus lines right at your doorstep (I regularly rode the Bayview Express 15 to get to FiDi). The surrounding residential area is also very safe and generally quiet. Iā€™d suggest bringing/renting a car if possible as there is a free parking space available. Overall, this SF apartment was absolutely worth the price, and I highly recommend staying at Davidā€™s place!

A great place for a long term stay at Hunterā€™s Point!

I moved to San Francisco for a new job and stayed at this property until mid December while my fiancĆ© and I got settled in a new city. We moved from New York with only our clothes and personal belongings, so it was important to us to find a place that was furnished, has everything we need to live on a day-to-day basis and was a comfortable situation while we look for a permanent residence. I canā€™t say enough good things about this condo. We almost didnā€™t want to leave, it was so nice and comfortable! David and Alison literally think of everything you might need and have it stocked and ready for you to use upon your arrival. Everything from fresh towels and linens, laundry detergent, kitchen cooking supplies (I made thanksgiving dinner for 5 people here with the stuff I had on hand!), etc. Literally anything you could need to feel settled and feel like you are really at home is here. The condo is very clean, up to date and kept up very well. All the furniture and decorations are nice and cozy and make you feel like you moved into your new apartment rather than a VRBO. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a long term stay with all the amenities included (washer/dryer, parking, stainless steel appliances, pets are welcome). I do think the neighborhood is better suited for someone with a car. There is not a whole lot of restaurants, cafes, etc to walk to in the area at the moment, but I think the area is developing towards that. Perfect distance to commute if you work in South San Francisco- only a 15 min drive.

Spacious, classy, comfy, clean, with water & city view!

I recommend this place. The hosts provided more than essentials. The furniture isn't cheap, so you feel more comfortable. Being in San Francisco, this is a spacious apartment & we love the relaxing & pretty water & city views from the apartment. Cable & DVR included! The welcome gift was a nice touch from hosts & they're responsive. Peaceful, clean neighborhood with ample parking. The only negative is it is at least 10 minutes away from places, but worth it for the view.

Well Appointed, Modern condo with amazing views of the bay!

We stayed here for 3 months while our home was undergoing construction at the height of the pandemic and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo is comfortable, well stocked with just about everything you'd need for cooking, working and hanging out and the development has nice outdoor areas for walking and enjoying the views. The views from the bedroom and living room of the entire bay, downtown and bay bridge are to die for! Its tucked away from the more bustling neighborhoods but it's very convenient to access all areas of the city. super easy parking and secure comfortable building. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and were flexible with our changing needs. It was bitter sweet to leave as we fell in love with the place. Make sure you visit Speakeasy/Hunter's Point Brewery and Alma cafe during your stay!

We both love the city and all the fun to be had, but also really like being able to return to the condo and away from the normal city noise and hustle and bustle.
