Indulge in the ultimate seaside escape at this stunning three-story residence, where the sparkling waters of Cape Cod Bay are your backyard. Perfectly situated with deeded access to the private association at Bayview Beach—and just a short, scenic stroll to the renowned white sands of Mayflower Beach—this modern home offers a front-row seat to the most breathtaking sunsets in Dennis.

Designed to maximize its coastal vantage point, the home features an inverted floor plan that keeps your living space bright and focused on the horizon. The heart of the home resides on the second floor, where an open-concept gourmet kitchen and family room invite you to gather. Whether you’re preparing a fresh seafood dinner or relaxing by the fireplace, the expansive glass doors lead out to a private deck built for alfresco entertaining or quiet reflection over the tides.

The primary suite occupies the entire third floor, serving as a private sanctuary complete with a king-sized bed and its own secluded balcony—the perfect spot for a nightcap under the stars. The lower level is dedicated to rest and rejuvenation, featuring two additional bedrooms: one thoughtfully outfitted with two queen beds and another with a set of twin bunks. With a bathroom located on every floor and central air conditioning throughout, the layout provides effortless comfort and privacy for up to six guests.

The outdoor experience is quintessentially Cape Cod. After a day spent exploring the tidal flats of the Bay, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower before firing up the gas grill for a barbecue on the lawn. Modern amenities like high-speed internet, a washer/dryer, and premium appliances ensure your stay is as convenient as it is luxurious.

For those who can’t imagine a vacation without their four-legged friend, a dog may be considered with an additional fee. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee in the off season. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply.

Dunes View Stay

Excellent property on a perfect location. We stayed with 5 adults and 1 toddler and was a perfect stay for us with water views and 1 min walk to beach. Exactly as advertised. Great trip, would stay again!

We recommended the other unit to our fiends and they joined us this year. The house is set up perfectly with amazing natural lighting and breathtaking views of cape cod bay. It is steps away from a residents only beach so you have room to spread out. The entire house in meticulous maintained from the landscaping to the interior setup. The main level and deck are set up to entertain or relax. We would rate this home a perfect 10 for a family stay! We hope to return every year.

Steps from Bayview Beach and surrounded by dunes. The neighbors were very friendly as was the groundskeeper who took care of the lawn, etc. You couldn’t hear anything between the walls of the units, and there was a lot of privacy. The house had a few very minor issues like a broken closet door handle and some ripped screens; however, it was clean and comfortable. The views from the upstairs windows and deck couldn’t be beat! The water pressure in the shower was also amazing. In sum, we enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to return in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this rental! It was super clean, the AC was cold, and the location is PERFECT! We were able to take beach bathroom breaks at our own house! We were there when the owners were on their side. They are super chill. Plenty of parking. The coffee maker is a Keurig. We didn't know that so we brought both types of coffee. Extra supplies were left like s/p, spices, trash bags, dish soap etc, so don't worry, just replace what you finish. We definitely plan to return as long as our budget allows. There were a couple of little minor things I was worried about being blamed for like a torn screen. No worries, they know the place! We would recommend to anyone, a perfect vacation. Thank you for sharing your house with us, we look forward to (hopefully) many years of rental!

Perfect location

Wow what a week! We had the best time staying by Bayview Beach. The house was perfect! We were in 44 and the house was perfect for us! You enter on the first floor and there is a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed. The other bedroom is a bunk bed room. There is a cute sitting area with a tv down there and a full bathroom and laundry space. The 2nd floor has a great deck with stairs that lead to the ground. There is a large table and seating area. The kitchen is beautiful!!! We only cooked a little but it was perfect! There is a powder room on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is a master with a king bed and beautiful bathroom. There is a walkout balcony with amazing views over the dunes. We were very comfortable this week! Let’s talk location. This is the best location!! There’s a cute gate with a feet rinsing station next to it. On the other side of the gate is the parking lot for the beach. It’s just a very short walk to the beach access. There is a nice wide parking area for both units. No one was in the unit next to us when we stayed. We stayed before the season started. Bayview beach is special. At low tide, there is a huge beach and then it slowly disappears for high tide. The water is shallow and calm. If you have young kids, it’s the perfect beach. We love going out when it’s switching to low tide to catch hermit crabs and walk the beach. We brought our dog with us for this visit. He loved the house. We fit his crate downstairs and he loved the deck. There is a gate that locks on the deck that was really handy!! Dogs aren’t allowed on the Dennis beached from May 15- Labor Day but our pup still had a good time. We would definitely return to this house. My mom came with us and she liked it too!

Beautiful home, steps from the bay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and updated, with an incredible kitchen, open floor plan, and a terrific deck that overlooked the dunes leading up to the bay. It was quiet and felt private, despite one other family staying in the other half of the house and the property located so close to the entrance to the beach. We had to contend with a couple broken items upon our arrival, but the property management company was responsive. The only complaint we had with the property is that there were no shades in the master bedroom. While the view was beautiful, the sun started to shine into the room at 5am, making it very difficult to sleep in. We wound up hanging up a couple dark towels to darken the room, but shades would have been very helpful. And while not a complaint, more of a comment: beach items would have been nice to have at the house (rafts/tubes, toys for the kids, etc). Otherwise, we highly recommend this property.

Perfection on Bayview Beach

We absolutely loved the home. It exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal. Great parking and decor. We hope to stay again next summer. Our only complaint would be there weren’t enough mugs in the kitchen and the outdoor shower could use a power washing.
