This is a Saturday To Saturday rental, after 9/10/2022 and before 5/21/23 we will accept a 4 night minimum reservation. An especially popular rental during spring, summer and Fall, although winters are quite and relaxing. Restaurants, bike trails, ice cream shops and grocery only a few miles away.

This 7 Bedroom Rental is one of the most popular rentals in the area and comfortably sleeps 15. Has 4 full baths and a half bath with laundry room. There is ample living space for your whole family to enjoy. The 1st floor (upper level) has a large and sunny living room area with a fire place and plenty of furniture for everyone to sit. The kitchen and dining area are open and next to each other along with an extra table in the kitchen for preparing meals. Off the dining area is a screened in porch with sliders out to a large deck. You can cook outside on the gas grill and there is plenty of room to gather at the outdoor table which has a sun canopy over it for those hot sunny days. There is a peek of Bayview Beach, from the deck, and is only a few minutes away. On the main level of the house is 4 bedrooms including the primary bedroom with an en-suite full bath along with another full bath in the hallway. First floor laundry room with half bath. The lower walk out level has a fabulous large living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV and 3 more bedrooms and 2 full baths. Also on this lower level is a large game room with Air Hockey, Pool Table, Ping Pong table and Foos Ball. So much fun for everyone and the perfect rental to accommodate all ages. The large deck faces Bayview beach, The yard has a fire pit and Adirondack chairs, horse shoe game, a tree swing and a yard big enough to play a game of catch. There is plenty of parking including a circular driveway. The beach chairs, outdoor shower, hose to wash off the sand, clothes line and additional small back deck make a trip to the beach easy and convenient.
