As you arrive, you’ll have access to a private garage space on the ground level—ideal for one compact car, so you can park and forget it. From there, head up the exterior stairs to the second floor, where the home opens into a bright, airy living space designed for relaxation and connection.

Step into the living room and you’ll immediately feel at home. With plenty of plush seating and a large Smart TV, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. Sliding doors lead out to a balcony where you’ll be greeted with ocean breezes and stunning views of both Belmont Park and the beach—ideal for people-watching, sunset cocktails, or firing up the BBQ for a laid-back meal with friends or family.

A short flight of stairs inside the home leads to the elevated heart of the house: a full-size kitchen equipped with everything you need—from modern appliances to cookware and dinnerware—making it easy to whip up a beachside breakfast or gourmet dinner. Just off the kitchen is a cozy dining nook with seating for four, creating the perfect space to enjoy meals together.

Down the hall, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

Two guest bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen-sized bed and share access to a sleek, full bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer—perfect for extended stays or sandy beach clothes.

The primary bedroom is a private oasis, complete with a plush king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and a charming private balcony—your own little sanctuary to start or end the day.

Before booking our Mission Beach home, there are a few important details we'd like you to be aware of to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay:

Parking: Parking at our Mission Beach getaway is provided a 1-car garage. Please note this only fits compact sized vehicles. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and reach out with any questions or concerns regarding parking arrangements.

Shared Walls: Please note that their is another home below this home.

Zero Tolerance for Parties: Our home is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment.

Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood: We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment.

No Smoking: For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property. There is a $1,000 fine for smoking on the property.
