This corner unit has a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the gulf. New living area furnishings include a lime green/aqua sofa bed, aqua recliners, marine motif rocker, reclaimed accent pieces and a flat screen television. There is also a dvd/vcr player. The dining area features a glass topped table with a dolphin base that seats six. The counter bar in kitchen seats four. The oversized master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking Orange Beach, a king sized wicker bed with iron insets and aqua and khaki bedding. New granite countertops and cabinets and a shower/tub combination are in both bathrooms. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two fulls with brightly colored sea life bedding. Each bedroom has its own 39" television. All bedrooms have new khaki colored carpet.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
