BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Parking Passes Must be Purchased After Booking-1st Spot Guaranteed-2nd Spot Subject to Availability at Time of Arrival. Link to Purchase is Sent After Booking ($50 each.)

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a ā€œstarter packā€ of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The condo was nice

We stayed here over Fall break this year. The condo was as pictured. Our overall stay was positive. There are a few things that I wasn't too impressed with. The first issue was that the front main entry door was very hard to close. You had to lift and push hard for it to fully close. Many times it would just swing right back open. Eventually we figured out how to get it closed each time. We did email the company about this and they stated that they would look into this. We noticed an old dusty smell as soon as we entered the unit. The smell was present in the entry way, in both bedrooms in the entry side of the unit, and all closets within the entire unit. The kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom did not smell, but their closets did. The drain hole on the balcony seemed to be having issues. More than half of the balcony stayed flooded. We couldn't use the master balcony door without platform shoes. We could use to the living room balcony door but we had to stay at the table. The last full day that we were there we woke up to no water at all. I emailed the company about this and they had this fixed in a timely manner. We were also given two parking violations by the person running the front desk of the condo. It was stated that there was no visible parking pass but there was. That person was only present in the evenings long enough to hand out violations. He was not there during the day for the matter to be discussed. The indoor pool had a total of two chairs within the entire area for parents to sit and watch kids. It also felt very unclean in this area. The stay was overall ok but we will choose a different condo next time.

Very Roomy!

Plenty of options for kids and adults! Plenty of room! The extra set of bunkbeds were so nice to have! Also loved not having to worry about rails on the balcony for my smaller kids! We enjoyed our stay!

The furniture in the living room is filthy. The hotel lock on the front door needs to be replaced, it is very difficult to latch. The bedroom with the queen bed does not lock. The light above the stove is burned out. In general it was gross.

Outstanding condo

This was such a clean and nice space for me and my family! Wonderful View on the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here and I was provided all of the information needed up front for our stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely like to come back again. Thankyou so much for having us!

Nice Location

We have been staying at the Enclave for the past 12 years except for the year of the pandemic. We love where the Enclave is located and the layout of the condos. This year was a beautiful week at the beach, the condo was clean and had most everything you needed. We had troubles from the beginning with the lock but the property manager was prompt in responding when we eventually were completely locked out. They replaced the battery and all was good!! Just a few hours with all of us on the wrong side of the door! The add on bunk beds are cute and had linens. The ottoman and sofa that fold out did not so you might want to check that out before waiting until bedtime like we did. Otherwise a lovely space for us all to make memories together once again!

The condo was perfect for our quick family getaway. Condo was clean upon arrival except for the coffee pot wasnā€™t cleaned and had old coffee grinds, no worries we cleaned it up for our use.. condo was conveniently close to everything. Would be helpful if company would supply a couple more trash bags, condo was supplied with just 1. For family staying a couple of days it is hard to buy a whole box for just 1 or 2. Overall we absolutely loved it and will def be back..

Spacious condo that can accommodate a big party (family). Beautiful condo. ā€œKidsā€ guest room is so fun! Property manager dropped by later to greet us and to deliver a goodie bag. Was available all the time. The view is beautiful. Private access to the beach. Very clean beach. The ocean is shallow - perfect for vacation with kids. Parking is a bit harshā€¦most times of a day all spots are taken and you have to park in a plaza across the street. And from my understanding still have to pay for parking permit. Thank you for accommodating us ā˜ŗļø

Family Vacation!!

Absolutely a great place to stay, had everything we needed with a big family group for cooking breakfast and enough places for everyone to sleep! Loved having to 3 different bathrooms throughout, gave everyone their own space! Only ONE thing we didnā€™t like was not enough parkingā€¦. BUT the guard there was very helpful and everything worked out great!!! Will definitely be staying again when we come back to Orange Beach!! Very easy to walk and get to places to eat, Walmart is just right across the street so perfect location!

Great Location

The location is fantastic, the beach is amazing and it's just a short boardwalk to the beach. It is also located right across the street from Walmart, souvenir shops and restaurants. The property was clean. If you are traveling with older kids it should be noted that the 2 bunk beds by the bathroom are short bunk beds, if you have people taller than 5'8' the beds will be short. The other misleading thing is parking. You get a parking pass, but you are not guaranteed a parking spot. If a spot was not available we were instructed to park at a hotel that was a 5 minute walk and charged $25 per night. We had to pay this fee 2 nights. Lastly, one night the smoke detector starting chirping at 2 am. We called the property manager who told us to call Beachball Properties who told us to take the battery out of the smoke detector, which is obviously unsafe.

Not enough parking

The condo overall was clean a few random clothing tags were left on the floor in the living room. Location was Perfect HOWEVER the biggest horrible incident was PARKING. We had absolutely nowhere to park one of our nights. We were told by security we had to drive to somewhere else to pay for parking when we had two free parking passes for our condo. Not only did we have to pay to park we then on our second vehicle had our parking pass on the rear view Mirror and received two parking ticket violations . We were parked in appropriately designated spots. Called for assistance with this the guy who barely spoke English never even could comprehend we had parking passes didnā€™t need those we had no parking place!!!! So the assistance we received was not helpful at all. We were requesting refund of the money we had to pay $30.64 due to we were told we were allotted 2 spots when we were not we had to pay to park elsewhere. There needs to be more parking where all of the flowers are or even Mayb where tennis courts are that are not even being used. Over all we enjoyed the stay but condos should not be rented to people if parking spots do not even exist to accommodate someone already paying near 2000 to rent and pay for parking that is included.
