Beautifully decorated 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom vacation rental with Gulf front views from 8th floor.

·         Queen size sofa sleeper and a flat screen television in living area

·         Fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating two

·         Children’s bunk bed alcove in hallway

·         King size bed in Master Bedroom

·         Shower and tub combination in Master Bathroom

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Short stay

We only stayed one night but that’s alone is hard to find since most places require at least two. I’m thankful we could get a night after a last minute decision to go there to have one night of rest before heading home. We had a rough week so this was perfect for relaxing and just being able to breath with no schedule.

Perfect beach getaway

We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing condo! It was a perfect location over looking the ocean. The condo was clean and a perfect quick trip to the ocean.

This property was a bit sketchy

I am just grateful we were only passing through for one night. The elevators took forever, the condo itself felt dirty (couch needs to be changed or seriously cleaned) and the bunk beds were oddly small. The beach looked really crowded and the pool was tiny. Was definitely not a place I would stay again even for one night. The staff was super friendly though. Looks like they are trying to remodel the building but for now they put lipstick on a pig.

Cracking down on smokers

The room was great and location was great but I was very disappointed in how little balcony time we had due to smokers below us and marijuana being smoked in the room next to us #803. I had a 11 year old child who kept asking me what the horrible smell was in elevator and being constantly obvious while we tried to sit on the balcony.

I really wanted to love this place.

We were in town for a family members wedding there on the beach and wanted to be as close as possible to the location. I genuinely wanted to love this hotel/condo! Upon arrival the receptionist working around 4am couldnt be bothered with any questions. In fact, we had to figure out our question for ourselves because she couldnt be bothered. When we finally got to our room i immediately seen how DISGUSTING the room was. I took pictures and will gladly send them to management. There was pubic hair in the black bottom bathtub and toilet seat. There was hair EVERYWHERE! It was obvious the floor hadnt even been swept. The sheets on the bed were not clean. There was a blood stain and other stains present. The silverware in the drawer had food residue left. There is a coffee pot but no complimentary coffee nor was there dish soap. I didn't feel comfortable enough to even shower in that bathtub until we could somewhat clean it. The black residue did come off easily so that tells me nobody bothered to clean prior. I STRONGLY recommend getting kurieg coffee pot and leaving complimentary coffee, supplying dish soap (since you require dishes be done prior to departure) doing away with the satellite TV and upgrading to streaming TV! Most importantly cleaning the place before guest arrive.
