Pelican Pointe 803 - The Beach is Calling! Book Today!

This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

This spacious 8th floor Gulf front 3 bedroom condo with a split bedroom floor plan has everything you need for a memorable vacation! With over 1500 sq. ft. of living space you can relax in the comfortable furnishings.

The two guest rooms are on the front side of the unit and have flat screen TVs and comfortable beds. You are welcome to choose between a king queen or two full beds. Your kitchen is over sized with an island and fully stocked to make preparing your meals a delight. The unit has beautiful tile throughout which is always welcoming. Just past the kitchen is the dining table that seats six and to the left is the master bedroom with floor to ceiling sliding windows the sound of the waves and seeing the white sugar sand beach beckon you to enjoy Orange Beach from the balcony. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa for you to lounge on as you take a break from the sun and sand.. This condo is warm and inviting. Pelican Pointe 803 is the perfect condo for a family with children, girl's beach retreat as well as multiple couples. Once you have stayed here you are sure to return as no detail has been spared.

Pelican Pointe is centrally located in Orange Beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy magnificent unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. The building is conveniently located near grocery stores restaurants and souvenir shops. This nonsmoking unit has WIFI and resort-style amenities featuring both an indoor and outdoor pool plus a child's pool and a fitness center.

Monthly stays are welcome January - March 1. Due to limited parking this building does have a 2 car maximum

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Pelican Pointe has a nice view with a balcony and a location with a very short walk to the beach. The outdoor pool is shaded by mid-afternoon, so a good place to hang out when getting too much sun. I swept the floor because of sand, but our feet got very dirty walking around the rooms. Be sure to mop floors very well between visitors. One bed was dirty as well. Otherwise, all was great!

Great ocean view

We loved this place. There were a few problems. The dryer vent was not hooked up, so our entire condo became wet from condensation. We called and someone came out to fix it. He said he was going to the hardware store and be back to fix it, but never came back. The air conditioner quit working on our last day. I am sure they would have came out to fix it, but we called them on checkout day to let them know for the housekeeping and the next renters. The people we talked to on the phone were very nice. Overall, it was a great stay and everything was set up nicely. I would recommend them and would stay there again.

Beautiful View of Beach!!

Very nice, updated condo on the beach. Large balcony with beautiful view of the beach and beach service was awesome. Great kitchen and very well stocked. The only complaint was the floors needed to be mopped badly, alot of sticky spots in the kitchen. Also, whoever stayed before us placed dirty dishes back in the cabinets. We re- washed anything we used. ( I feel sure the cleaning staff had no way of knowing this, hopefully we took care of the problem for you). Great outdoor pool. We didn’t use the indoor pool but it looked nice. Super sweet security staff! Overall, a lovely place to stay and would would definitely rebook this property!

All the comforts of home on the beach.

It is a beautiful place that became home away from home. It was very comfortable. The beds all had great mattresses—something not true at some other places we have stayed. The showers were all well functioning. The kitchen was well equipped. We easily cooked several meals while there. The only concern was the hot water was way too hot. It wasn’t an issue for 4 adults, but those with children would need to be careful. The location is in the center of restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and lots of activities. The pools were nice and well maintained. The beach was just lovely. We would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

The condo was amazing! Everything was so nice and clean. Only issue was the bath tub didn’t drain and the toilet took a while to flush. Master bath worked great though.

condo in need of maint, cleaning, and repairs.

Paint peeling on door frames, condo not clean enough, furniture needs cleaning, popcorn ceiling falls on head while taking a shower, master bath mold in shower, quarter round moldings rotten behind toilet and next to sower, etc. condo is overall dingy and not worth the money. Especially after you pat cleaning fees and the floors are not mopped. Would not recommend or tent again!

Hi Cheryl, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about these issues. We've researched the notes on your reservation and looked for work orders for these items but it doesn't look like you informed us of these things during your stay. We wish you would have called us after you arrived. We would have been happy to send our housekeepers back out to correct the cleaning issues. We have informed management about the property condition issues and they will be reaching out to the owner of the condo to address those items. We have hundreds of condos and beach houses in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and we hope that you'll come back to visit again in one of our other properties.

The week that went by too fast!

We stayed at Pelican Pointe 5/28/2018 - 6/6/2018. This was our first time staying in a beach front condo and it was great! Being on the 8th floor was perfect, giving us the perfect view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We had hoped there would be 10 of us but we had 8 and in reality it would have been tight with 10. We had an electrical issue in a bedroom where the outlets stopped working. I called Suncoast and they had someone there quickly. Upon leaving I left something on the bed in one of the bedrooms and when we were down the road I called to tell Suncoast. I'm disappointed to say that my call was never acknowledged nor returned, thus I never got that item back. Overall though it was a great time and great place to stay.

Great place to stay!

My family spent 7 days nights at this condo and were very happy with it. It's right on the beach and close to great restaurants and activities, including, of course, souvenir shops! Only nit-picky downside . . . and it's really nit-picky . . . the door to the deck was really hard to open and close. Otherwise, it was perfect. Highly recommend.
