Large Clean 6 bedroom home with plenty of space to spread out and relax. This is multi-level home is the place to stay if you are wanting enough room to find your own space while also having rooms large enough to gather around and create family/friend memories. There is a large yard to enjoy some yard games. You may even seem some turkeys crossing the yard daily or if you're lucky an occasional deer may enter the yard. Enjoy some fresh air and relax on the deck or roast some marshmallow and have some s'mores on the patio with a small propane fire pit and outdoor seating. A propane grill is also on the property. This is a multi-level home so there a steps to get in to the home and inside the home to the bedrooms etc.

KITCHEN:
Full kitchen with granite countertops. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, plates, cups, silverware, basic essentials included. Seating in the kitchen at the table or the kitchen bar stools or in the dining room.

BEDROOMS:
There are 6 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have one queen bed in each room. Two of the bedrooms have one full bed in each room. The remaining room has two twin beds. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space for you to hang your clothes if you choose. Four bedrooms are on the top level, one bedroom is on lower level and one bedroom is in the basement.

BATHROOMS:
One full bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet and sink
Two 3/4 bathrooms with shower, toilet sink
One 1/2 bathroom with toilet and sink.

LAUNDRY:
A washer and dryer are on the premises.

LIVINGROOM:
Room to relax and have family/friend time. Large screen tv to enjoy. Smart tv if you are wanting to use your streaming movies/shows.

BASEMENT FAMILY ROOM:
Couch to relax and watch tv on the large screen tv or stream your movie/shows. Bar area to sit around and play games/puzzles or whatever you choose. There is also a Buck hunter arcade game. Electric fireplace to enjoy during the winter as well. We have playing cards, puzzles, some board games, coloring books, and other toys/games you’re welcome to use.

PATIO/DECK: Upper level has a deck with patio table to enjoy dinner or drinks on the deck with friends or family and enjoy the quiet backyard. The lower level has a cement patio with seating around a small propane fire pit where you can enjoy making s'mores or just relaxing. There are propane grills for you use as well.

YARD: LARGE yard for you to enjoy yard games or just relax. We have a corn hole game you are welcome to use. We have some balls and other games you’re welcome to play. Plenty of space to run around or just sit and relax and enjoy a drink or some company.


PARKING: Outdoor parking. Large area for you to park several vehicles. Note there is no indoor garage parking only outdoor parking.

PETS: No pets allowed on furniture. Renter is responsible for all damages from pet. Renter responsible for any extra cleaning charges due to pet. Also renter must clean up after pet.

Please note there are security cameras on the outside premises. There is also a treadmill and exercise bike you are allowed to use at your own risk.

Carbon and smoke detectors are located throughout the home.
