Loved our stay here, property and amenities were amazing for our family with littles. Check in process could have been better but overall was an excellent vacation and we had the best time here.

We were a family of 3 generations. It would have been nice to have another big bed instead of doubles but we made do. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus. I was able to do water aerobics every morning without interruption except when the family decided to join me. Definitely recommend this place

This property was a 10 out of 10 for location and views. You could see the ocean from the living room, dining room and kitchen. You could walk to the boardwalk within two minutes and the lovely pool was only a minute away. Unfortunately the house itself is in need of major repairs and a facelift. When we walked in it was incredibly musty. There was a large hole in the baseboard of the master bathroom that allowed roaches in. There's another hole in the baseboard in the kitchen. The kitchen sink and shower floors were old and discolored. The heating element of the dryer was not working. Lastly there was practically nothing stocked in the house. No cooking oil, leftover Italian seasoning, foil, etc. You better bring all your own stuff. All in all this felt like a notch up above glamping. I do think we paid too much for what we got at the end of the day.

The laundry machines and detergent were such a lifesaver. The kids loved the little play kitchen!

Great location! Great property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great vacation rental with all you need to have an awesome Port Aransas trip! The rooms are spacious and the living area/dining area is perfect for families. The house was clean!The pool was fantastic. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk. We had questions and the property management team was quick to respond. Overall this is a great property and we will rent this spot again!

Great Location, But Property and Management Fall ShortOverall, this property was just an okay place to stay. While the location is fantastic—situated right on the beach with a convenient private boardwalk—the property itself is dated and in desperate need of renovation, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. For instance, the master bathroom features a spacious shower, but the hardware and showerhead badly need replacement as the water sprays everywhere. Unfortunately, the management company showed little urgency or effort. I had to call repeatedly before our arrival just to get our lease agreement verified for check-in. Furthermore, while check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM, we were told check-in at 4:00 PM was not guaranteed. We didn't receive the cleaning all-clear until 5:30 PM. Despite the six-and-a-half-hour turnaround, the property wasn't even fully clean; we found sand on the floor and sticky tables upon entry.Ultimately, you are paying for the premium location rather than the quality of the accommodation. I have stayed in much nicer properties for less money, featuring far better management and communication. I highly recommend shopping around for a better property in the area before settling on this one.

The house was a perfect location to the pool and beach. The beach was a lot more quiet off the boardwalk from the house then in town, which was perfect! The patio overlooked the ocean, plenty of space, and plenty of seating. The neighborhood was gorgeous, quiet, and safe. The house next door had construction, which was a little loud on the weekdays but we understood and know this is not the hosts fault. Communication was good. Took a little after 4pm to check in, the code and information to get into the home was sent to us after a quick text to them. Check out was simple. Highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!!!

Great place to stay, very easy walk to beach and pool. Pool and hot tub area was very nice. House was comfortable, great for a larger group with a giant comfy sofa and plenty of beds. Good kitchen as well. Loved having an ice maker!
