The first floor has a large living room and eat-in gourmet kitchen leading out to the deck and pool area of the yard. In addition, there is a half-bath just off the foyer on this level. Upstairs, a spacious primary king bedroom features a sumptuous en suite bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms, queen bedroom and bedroom with 3 single beds, share one hall with a full bathroom. 3 more single beds are in the loft accessed by ships ladder. The single daybed in the hallway is perfect for overflow guests. Next to the daybed, a glass door leads to a deck with a view of the Atlantic ocean. The carriage house has a dedicated entrance featuring a spiral staircase, full bed, 2 comfy chairs, a flat screen TV, kitchenette, and full bath with shower. The deck of the carriage house has outdoor dining furniture. We provide pool toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, kitchen appliances, and a full washer and dryer. Along with AC!! We are also pet friendly so bring your dog! The fee is included in the damage deposit.
