The comfortable living room is furnished with a cozy queen sleeper sofa, a side chair, and a leather recliner, perfect for rest and relaxation after a day of adventures. The main bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity, offering the ultimate in luxury and comfort.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts Corian countertops, a tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for two. Enjoy meals at the dining table for six with panoramic views. The wet bar with an icemaker adds convenience for enjoying refreshments.
Step outside to the private tiled balcony, which overlooks the lazy river. Furnished with a dining table for four, it's the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching sunsets that paint the sky.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.
Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.
